No food on day we visited. This place is popular with moms and their little ones. Nestled in a small back room, they red stories while sitting on the floor.Parking: No problem at all parking.Kid-friendliness: Lots of books on the shelves, and in the small back-room. Very cozy spot.

LOOOVVVEEE! This coffee shop is the cutest with a playroom, comfy seating and books to borrow. It's also super clean! The fancy drinks are super delicious and reasonably priced. The owner and baristas are so nice! Highly recommending renting out their space for a party!! Also! Pro tip: tipping is via cash.

As we continue to visit local coffee shops near our home, we decided to stop in at Dog-Eared. We had visited once before last year when participating in a Yelp Elite event. My wife discovered we could place an online order through the Toast app this morning which was convenient. We always look for coffee shops that offer 20 oz. options since we both love a good latte. My wife prepped the online order and appreciated the ease of the app. She initially chose the sugar-free white chocolate syrup for me and ordered herself the sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrup for herself. After completing the order she received a phone call from Adriana letting her know they are currently out of the sugar-free white chocolate. We appreciated the heads up and my wife was able to tell her to change the order to sugar-free vanilla and caramel. When we arrived we approached the counter and told them we had an online order. The young lady behind the counter grabbed our coffees. One thing to note if you place an online order, we did not see the opportunity to tip the barista via the app. Therefore, ensure you have cash to tip when picking up. The interior looked very similar to the last time we visited, the interior reflects a book theme and is comfortable and cozy. They also have a unique play area for young children which is cool for young families. Overall, this was a great experience. Our coffees were delicious, a great local family owned business.

I needed this place today.TL;DR: Inspirational vibe decor for book lovers, big open windows, bountiful supply of toys and books in play area in separate room on the side for parents with littles, super delicious coffee, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, found it to be a great event space for my one year old 's birthday party, owners are a lovely family and I hope this business stays a part of the community for years to come.Whether you want to meet up with friends over coffee or need to take your littles someplace where they can play as you sit and catch your breath while sipping some calming tea, this is the place to go! Or in my case, catch my breath and re-caffeinate while drinking an oat milk Dirty Chai ?There is always a parent or two in the play area for us social butterflies craving adult conversation, or you can sit in the main area with your choice of tables, counter chairs, or a deliciously comfortable sofa and coffee table and work on your laptop or read your favorite book. The main seating area is full of natural light that accentuates the bookish decor, and a sense of calm pervades with the warmth of color and tone. The baristas are always friendly and there is usually some tasty treats at the counter but beware, as they go fast! The adjacent play area is full of toys sure to spark the imagination of even the most fickle of tiny human. There are 3-4 comfy chairs for the adults to enjoy, and a place to set your beverage for when your hands are needed with the aforementioned tiny humans. Also, there are two large individual bathrooms complete with a real changing table in each. I cannot express my gratitude for this enough. We hosted my youngest 's first birthday there, which was so perfect, especially as someone who prefers low-key social gatherings where people can feel comfortable bringing their kids. We brought the cake and they brought the barista! The asking price was incredibly reasonable, with the price of the first drink for each guest included.I wish I could make it out here every week, if not every day, because whenever I have visited it has been a welcome respite from whatever else I have had going on at the moment, whether I have my kids with me or not.  Definitely 10/10 would recommend, and I hope I can continue  to watch this business grow and thrive!

Better coffee than Starbucks but can't say I'd refer a coffee enthusiast here if they're particular about quality espresso.

Delicious coffee, personable staff, cute aesthetic, very accommodating, AND a trade-in library to peruse while sipping your drink? I can't recommend this place enough!

An excellent local family owned business. The service is excellent as is the coffee. To me and my family, it's much better than chains like Starbucks. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This coffee shop is adorable and ideal for meetups with friends or playdates. It features a fantastic kid area, and their coffee and tea selections are top-notch. The creative drink names add to the charm. A must-visit spot for a cozy and enjoyable time!

Really enjoyed my first visit here with my 2 year old. There is a nice play area with toys and books (good for babies up to preschoolers) and it is separated by a wall so folks reading or studying won’t be bothered by the sounds of kids playing. My latte was delicious! Wish there were more options for food (1 kind of cupcake and 1 kind of cookie) but we will just plan on coming here for drinks. Would be great to see them partner with a local bakeshop or two for more options! Friendly service, very clean. Will come back!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with dedicated play area

I spent Saturday morning studying at Dog-Eared and loved it! They have a cute kids play area which you can see into from the main seating area. They mostly have small 2 top tables but also have a couch and some window seating. From about 8-930am it was fairly empty with the occasional customer picking something up to go but then it became quite busy after that and the space was filled up. I had one of their iced seasonal coffees (I can't remember the name but it wash chocolate+cherry) and it was delicious! Looking forward to going back soon
