Domino's Pizza

Left my food outside on the ground and didn’t ring the doorbell. I It was careless. Great thing is it’s my decision whether or not to spend money here and i definitely WONT be after tonight.

Just ordered my pizza asked for extra cheese and I got the total opposite! What a total deception!! Do not recommend

Online order for delivery. Waited about 2 hours for delivery. Tracking information showed order was delivered but we had no food. So we called to inquire. Genuine concern that maybe it had been delivered to the wrong address. Whoever answered the phone could not have been more rude. Gave excuse of being short with only 1 delivery driver and then HUNG UP. Working in the food industry I get that. Things happen. Rudeness isn’t justified when we state “hey it says delivered but we don’t have it. Just making sure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong place.” No excuse to be hung up on and have our entire order burnt (with the exception of the brownie). As someone that runs multiple restaurants I would fire anyone that speaks to or treats my customers that way.

Just ordered this evening 12/21/24 from here and let’s say disgusting! The workers looked HIGH, our pizza was burnt, no garlic butter in the crust and the store was filthy in the back! I’ll stay ordering from the one that’s in Winston. They’re ALWAYS accurate with our order and the food always tastes good. This location is pure disappointment. 👎🏽👎🏽

Been ordering pick up from this store for quite some time now. Our order is always ready when I arrive, food is handed to me with a smile, and the quality and consistency of the product is never less than excellent. We genuinely appreciate doing business with these fine folks. Thank you!

Wife ordered pizza for delivery online. After 45 minutes, pizza tracker not showing anything past the quality check she called to be told we are outside their delivery area??? We ordered online and were required to enter our address for delivery. Whats really disappointing is no one felt the need to call us once our dinner was finished cooking and sitting under a heat lamp or in a warmer. Gentleman that spoke with my wife said since they weren’t that busy one of his two drivers would deliver our food when they returned from other deliveries. Distance from our home to Dominos is exactly 7.6 miles. No excuse for not calling us and saying we do not deliver to your home. Not sure why they wouldn’t deliver that distance. Online platform sure says they do!
Update: When the delivery driver finally brought our pizza we were told that this is the last time they would deliver to us. It’s the only time they have ever delivered to us. And it will be the last. Far as the delivery driver, they were only relaying information that they were instructed by someone at the brick and mortar. Hose shameful! Wasn’t our fault the website allowed us to order outside your delivery area. Wonder what the delivery areas are anyway?

Even outside of online ordering the in person atmosphere with all the teens there is awesome- very respectful employees.

Awful pizza. Poorly prepared. Virtually no cheese or sauce; might as well have been eating dry bread.I could deal with the unfriendly, unenthusiastic employees if the pizza were actually edible.

If you can find a rock that is edible....do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Is it really that hard to find help??? Really? Never got food because I left. No sense in this. Plenty of people working so thats obviously not the issue but it is what it is. Never again.
