I visit here often, more than i probably should have haha. I don't drink Starbucks anymore, and I haven't found a local spot that can make coffee that I actually enjoy. This Dunkin is without a doubt, the ONLY Dunkin i have been to in like a 50 mile radius that actually makes decent, consistent coffee. The same guy is usually working the drive thru when we come through, and he's always straightforward and polite, and if he's making the coffee, he is TEARING IT UP in there.

It's honestly insane how many times i get coffee at other Dunkins and it tastes like dishwater, but this location never does that. No matter if I tweak my order, it still tastes leagues better than anywhere else. I go out of my way to hit this one even if my destination is in the opposite direction.
The food is also worth mentioning, it's typical Dunkin fare- likely premade or with premade ingredients- but it tastes pretty good so I absolutely can't complain. Never cold, and thats more than I could ask for.

The general manager Kimberly is extremely rude. I frequently visit this store on my way to work and I've never had a problem until today. Kimberly opened the window and I had my phone ready for payment. She raised her voice and said what you doing paying are you paying or what. I said I'm trying to pay. She said apple pay or what. Very rude. I asked for her name and she showed her name tag and then proceeded to say call whomever it just comes to me and I don't care. I pulled off and went inside where I over heard Kimberly talking about me and cursing. Don't go to this location just drive up the road to the next one.

I go here every morning . The vibe is whatever . I just get my coffee and go . But today there was some younger girl with an attitude like she didn’t want to be at work .. i ordered she got it wrong in the screen i corrected her she said “ ma’am everyone can hear you im not fixing the order on the screen “ um what kind of customer service is that ? Like i dont care if the pope can hear me i want my order correct in paper and on screen .. then i said woah attitude she starts going off on me . I just drove off didn’t even get coffee it was so unnecessary and disgusting. If you don’t want to be there blame yourself not the customers …

Wow !!! Way better than Starbucks, at least in Clemmons. The selection and quality of the sandwiches and sweets are much better. The coffees are just as good. The service was impeccable and efficient, unlike Starbucks. I went to church early, and then to DD. When I arrived, the place was packed, especially the drive thru. I thought, oh God, here we go, but no, I was drinking and eating in 10 minutes or less.
DD also has a kiosk where you can order, Starbucks does not.

I found it interesting that Starbucks in Clemmons is an all white crew, and Dunkin Doughnuts is an all black crew. Why am I surprised that DD is by far the better run establishment? I am as white as you can get and far from WOKE. KUDOS TO DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS, CLEMMONS.

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick coffee yesterday afternoon on our way back to our hometown. The guy working behind the counter,(I wish I had gotten his name), was the best!! He was super nice and very patient. My daughter wasn’t sure what she wanted and he took the time to walk her through the flavors and made sure it was perfect when he finished it. Thank you for going out of your way to be great at your job!

Would give it a zero if I could. One of the bagels I ordered had a BLACK egg… yes… my egg had black spots on it. Not to mention both bagels were ROCK HARD. Had to microwave it for it it even be edible. Embarrassing to serve food this way.

The employees are rude and don’t know what customer service means. They have really bad attitude. I’m so disgusted with the employees at the Clemmons NC location that I’m no longer going to buy there. It’s a shame because their iced lattes are delicious.

The floor was absolutely nasty, could not walk on it without sticking to it. The employees working there were more interested than joking around with each other than anything else. I was either a nuisance or after-thought.

Walked out when I couldn't work the kiosk and no one would assist me when I cried for help after 10 minutes of struggling.

Update as of 8-16. I needed a gift card and stop in. The staff were busy with drive thru and told myself and another customer that they would take care of us on a few minutes! When it was my turn, i was nicely greeted by Melody and she asked what I needed with a smile. I said I needed a gift card. She showed me where the gift cards were and took care of me. She was very friendly and helpful! Because of that interaction, I gave them more stars.

BEC bagel was luke warm, cheese not melted, bagel tough to chew and not appetizing at all. Coffee wasn't filled all the way.
