Would give it a zero if I could. One of the bagels I ordered had a BLACK egg… yes… my egg had black spots on it. Not to mention both bagels were ROCK HARD. Had to microwave it for it it even be edible. Embarrassing to serve food this way.

The employees are rude and don’t know what customer service means. They have really bad attitude. I’m so disgusted with the employees at the Clemmons NC location that I’m no longer going to buy there. It’s a shame because their iced lattes are delicious.

The floor was absolutely nasty, could not walk on it without sticking to it. The employees working there were more interested than joking around with each other than anything else. I was either a nuisance or after-thought.

Walked out when I couldn't work the kiosk and no one would assist me when I cried for help after 10 minutes of struggling.

Update as of 8-16. I needed a gift card and stop in. The staff were busy with drive thru and told myself and another customer that they would take care of us on a few minutes! When it was my turn, i was nicely greeted by Melody and she asked what I needed with a smile. I said I needed a gift card. She showed me where the gift cards were and took care of me. She was very friendly and helpful! Because of that interaction, I gave them more stars.
BEC bagel was luke warm, cheese not melted, bagel tough to chew and not appetizing at all. Coffee wasn't filled all the way.

This location with its bad manager deserves no stars at all. She is extremely rude and disrespectful and she always messes up the order. She needs to be trained or replaced because she is bad for business. I would give no stars if I could. Moving forward I would rather drive to Robinhood for better service. I will no longer be using this location for my school functions or team appreciation days. You guys have totally lost my business. Thank your manager for that. The one that likes to pride herself on being the “black” manager that receives little to no support from corporate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has the worse customer service and the manager is the ring leader. She has no people skills always gets the order wrong and then wants to blame the customer for her horrible service. When I went in the store she told me not to come there anymore and nobody would serve me. Her demeanor and attitude is horrible if you don’t want to work or don’t like your job find another one. The company is losing money because of her horrible service and attitude. Customer service is not for her. This location deserves no stars at all and never will I spend my money in such an establishment. She needs to be replaced!

The worst customer service! No hello, no thank you! Just handed the food over and when asked if that was everything was told “we should know what we got”. My thought is if you don’t like being in a customer service job where a simple “thank you” is hard for you to do…then maybe you should rethink your job choices! Spent $26 here and all I got was bad food and an attitude! Not again Dunkin Donuts! Krispy Kreme will at least give me a “thank you for your business!”

7/7/2024 drove up to the drive thru and screen is broke. It’s 4:44pm they told me they didn’t have a lot of donuts and could tell us what they had.. we decided to come in. We were not greeted once walking in.
My husband asked if they were going to help us. They didn’t know we needed it.
No fresh donuts, they don’t close until 7pm per website. They only had maybe about 7 different flavors of donuts and not labeled correctly. The young lady rung us up and never said thank you, have a nice day … come back … jack!
Never ever will I come back to this establishment.

I would not go here if I had a choice. They never repeat your order to you or clarify that do you mean this or that. Example I ordered a wake up wrap and I thought I was getting the green goddess wrap (it’s hard to tell on their menu and they don’t specify to me that there are different kinds) Conveniently things on their online menu and even on the drive through menu are no longer available or they don’t carry it. Then specify please. If you go back and question them they say “you didn’t specify or that’s what I heard.”this has happened twice to me. Expensive for what you’re getting.
