They always get it right and good customer service

Monday 1/29 went at 745am, drive thru was busy but there was no one in the line inside, I went in with my daughter to get one coffee and 3 munchkin super easy. However I had cash, the girl making drinks finished making drinks and was walking to take my order when the drive thru worker told her, “ don’t you go over there I got to many drinks, she’s just going to have to wait.” So she didn’t take my order, mind you they had 4 employees working. I asked so no one can take customers orders who come inside? To which she ignored me three times and so I left. Don’t go inside if you want service, worth the drive 10 mins to Stratford rd they have amazing service!

3rd time in this one and they don’t have the one good donut Dunkin’ sells. The Cruller. 3 times and they’re “out”Must be more than pressing a button to cook them. If it takes a little work the guys here say no thank you. Says a lot about how fresh the other ones are I’m sure. Unless you want coffee then hit the Kristy Kreme up the road.

I forgot why I stopped coming to Dunkin's but I remember now every time I come to get doughnuts they never have what I want and I just order a snackin bacon and a sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin the muffin was soggy was not toasted had no flavor. The bacon was burnt to a crisp, disappointed . They got to it because the customer service was great. I did not go back to complain but I'm sure the two gentlemen that are working would have probably fix it or maybe not since they let it go out this way anyway

This is by far the nicest staff of dunkin employees I've ever had. The cashier was great if my receipt is correct their name is Samaya. The girl who made my two hot drinks was kind and fast as well. I hope they get recognition I know it's not an easy job.

Wish I could say this was the first time, but order was not correct. Our fault for trusting again. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel ordered and received. Plain bagel. Completely plain bagel. Tried to call the number on the receipt and no one answers and there's no voicemail setup.

It's 4:15 pm and the store closes at 6pm. I was just there wanting to pick up a dozen donuts. They told me they have NO donuts to sell. Excuse me, I thought the name of this store was "Dunkin DONUTS"? I'm heading to Krispy Kreme, maybe it will be better there.

Lemme just chime in with an updated review that this location is still subpar. What is it with the shotty parking lots of DD? Is that a corporate standard? Cars must fall into potholes in drive thru -check! Anywho-the lady working the window was incredibly rude and didn't even interact with me. At least my coffee was made correctly. There are way too many other coffee shops to return.

If possible, I would give no stars. My mother and I had come just at 7 AM today, an hour well after they were supposed to be open. We tried both entrances and the doors were locked, yet all the lights were on. Another customer had just pulled up as well and was in the same predicament as us. We tried knocking on the glass to get the attention of an employee. A women walked by and purposely ignored us. Then my mother went around to the drive thru to ask them to open the doors. My mother overheard the 3 women inside say, "Go to the back and act like we're not here" as they decide to continue to ignore us. This place is going to close with such terrible service and whoever manages this Dunkin' Donuts should fire these 3 employees as you are losing money and customers.

They have an order screen, only person in here and I waited 15 minutes for coffee. Workers were rude in a minimal attention and interaction you get. Been to over 100 dunkins, the worst.

I love Dunkin. Love. But this location is R U D E!! The woman made my coffee wrong & then got an attitude when we questioned it. Rolled her eyes and mumbled who knows what under her breath. Came back the next day, went inside and waited a good 10 min before anyone acknowledged I was there. While I waited I had the pleasure of hearing one of the workers talking crap about how much I had to order and why I needed so much. Granted they had no idea I was even there. I told the lady I heard everything she said and she just said "well we're busy" I told them they were rude and she just said alright and walked off. DO BETTER! I will go to another location before ever going back here again.

Staff is rude,quality of donuts is awful.Came to solve problem that donuts were like burnt oil,bitter and staff sent me far away.I called to manager but she was even worse,she yelling on me, accused. I’m absolutely see only negative points there.
