After clarifying when ordering later, when the bill came, I was told that red oak beer is not domestic, and therefore not on their advertised special. I feel like this blatant mistake or slightly false advertising could’ve been corrected without being belittled bythe staff and management. L
I mean, is it a good place but they take long to serve food and there were like 5 more people and they still taked long

I hate leaving negative reviews but we waited 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Never checked on by the staff. Appetizer came out with meal. Everything was cold to barely warm. Some of it was even made wrong. I've been to good East Coast Wings, this ain't one of them.

I always get great service and food at this location. The bartenders and management are always attentive and helpful - specifically Deanna and Q. Will continue to stop in for food and drinks in a great atmosphere.

So we went to dine in this morning. 3 other couples in restaurant. Was seated quickly. And then we waited, and waited and waited. Another couple came in and was seated. Their server took their drink order and brought their drinks and took their order. And we waited, and waited.. We had been there about 10 minutes and decided to leave before I said something I shouldn't. Kitchen was full of people laughing and cutting up as we left..

This place has really gone downhill... 30 minute wait on a basket of chips that finally came AFTER our food. The waitress took our order then vanished for 40 minutes. She showed up 10 minutes after we got our food asking if we wanted boxes... trying to rush us out? She never offered refills on our drinks we had to tell her we needed them when she was trying to give us the bill with our drinks still empty. Had to ask hostess for silverware cause she wouldn't come back.

I don't really know what to say...it was a kind of weird experience. First off we walked in and the floors were slippery as hell..even the waitresses almost fell. The place was not that busy but it took forever for the drinks to come . Apparently they did not have a bartender and the waitresses were too young to make them??? Also, they close at 9 which is weird for a restaurant with a bar..

One of our favorite places to eat. Excellent food and service, but for some reason this past Tuesday night. The music was way to loud.

Went on Sunday night with my wife for dinner, should have known right away something was wrong, only one table had a few people at it and the place was dirty. Floors/tables were not clean, a yellow rag was on the floor next to a wet floor sign which no one bothered to pick up the entire time we were there.
We ordered a burger and a buffalo chicken sandwich, the burger was cold and the lettuce was brown, the chicken sandwich came out with no sauce and over fried to the point it was as hard as a rock. We had also attempted to order boneless wings as an appetizer but the waiter (with a nose ring) said he had to take our entire order at one time, I said it was not a problem as long as we got the wings first, he assured us we would but after disappearing for about 20 minutes he returned with the meal and appetizer together.
The bigger issue is it appeared there was absolutely no one in charge of the front or kitchen (if any manager was present they should terminated for allowing this to go on) , the waiters/waitresses were having a good old time huddling behind the front desk, behind the bar, or outside the entrance smoking. It was also not appealing to see cattle type nose rings, dirty/uncombed hair, one kitchen worker wearing a fishing hat and sporting unkempt dirty facial hair, and a waitress wearing extremely short shorts. There was a lot of loud horseplay and laughing coming from the staff and they appeared to be having too much fun to even care about what any customer could see or hear. The only plus was that the boneless appetizers were pretty good, that was it.
I have been here on prior occasions and the staff, cleanliness and food were pretty good, I do not know how it got so bad. Maybe the owners need to make a habit of doing surprise visits to catch these antics while they are taking place. I have never owned a food establishment but these issues are basic commons sense for any establishment.
I do not believe there is any hope for this restaurant based on how bad it was, my feeling is that this place will most likely shut down within the next year (or less), if the management team/corporate office are wondering why this place may not be as profitable as once before, this is why.
