I made a to go order for a Cobb salad. I have always loved their Cobb salad.I went to pick it up, paid $13.89. When I got home I opened my salad, first thing I saw was shrimp. Definitely not what I ordered. I returned to get what I ordered, the were very apologetic. I should have checked my order before I left, and that is on me. They had my salad right there when I came back. My salad was $11.76, so I over paid. A part of me didn't care cause I was hungry. When I got home the chicken was cold, the salad was nothing as good as I remember. I guess I am just staying that I had much higher expectations for my food.

Always friendly and polite. When you have a question about a certain item, they do take the time and tell you exactly what’s in it and if you tell them what you’re looking for they will recommend some of the items and flavors that they think that you are interested in. They are always respectful and they never make me feel like I’m being rushed to place my order
If you want good service but cold wingscome to this place ! Also what kind of bar and wing joint closes at 9 on a Friday??? Next time we will go to mossey’s.

Great food, cold beer, friendly and efficient staff. Love this place!Wheelchair accessibility: This is one of our favorite restaurants. In 2021, my husband spent 4.5 months in a wheelchair. But that didn't stop us from going to East Coast Wings. It was easy to get in/out and maneuver within the restaurant.
Our server was so sweet but the menus had food (lettuce and sauce) stuck in between the laminated pages and the floor was super sticky throughout restaurant and even the bathroom. I ordered the lettuce wraps which were good.

Normally order from them via DoorDash and this is the 6th time in a row that the order has been wrong or incomplete. When I review the receipt they include, all the items are on there and the bag is sealed but things are still wrong. No one is doing QC or if they are they don't don't know what they are doing. ECW used to be my go-to but after these experiences I will not be going back. They need to review their managers and get things back in line. I don't expect things to change, this is the way things are now. Service industry has hit rock-bottom. It's bad enough that we spent $46 for two people but then add the DD fees it was over $60.. A lot to pay to be disappointed and angry during dinner. Thanks ECW!

Came in here for the first time. Very nice place and the service was really good. I got a burger and tots. The burger was very seasoned. My service was very good also. I ordered a salad to go. I will definitely be coming back in here again.
I’ve always gotten good food here. I’ve only gotten takeout, never dined in, so I can’t comment on that. But the Buffalo Dip is REALLY good, and so are the burgers and wings. AND 75 cent wing Mondays!
