I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Didn’t see my server until she brought my food out, she wasn’t even the one who took my order. The lady who took my order gave me a dirty glass and you could literally see some stuff floating in my drink. I had to literally waive my server down to bring me syrup. I noticed she was very warm and friendly with all the white people around me so maybe First Watch trains their employees to treat black people differently. The food was amazing but I will never come back to this establishment.

Doesn't allow for phone ordering which means they don't care about you unless you have the money for a computer or a smartphone. Talk about disrespecting your older or poorer demographic. If they cared they would provide an option for those without.

Parking is horrible here. Be aware you could have a hike. Staff super pleasant but my eggs were not cooked right. I like the healthier options here and their fresh juices are amazing.

First visit and it was a really great experience. It was really busy, however service was quick and efficient. Wait time on food was reasonable. Food came out hot and fresh. We had the Loaded Omelette and Frittata Rusitca. Eggs were fluffy and all the veggies inside were seasoned well on their own. Both dishes were very good. Tried a season juice: Blazing Dragon. It was nice and tart with a hint of tart. We will visit again to try other menu items.

I had to ask for toast which was on the menu description. No apology. The bathroom looked like a truck stop toilet. Frankly I’ve been to better truck stop toilets. Gross. Lastly they gave us the wrong receipt. Not returning. Sad cuz Clemmons desperately needs good restaurants.

Been wanting to have breakfast here for a very longtime but i never followed through with it. Decided to dine in on Labour Day(Sept. 2). It was soo amazing. My server, Kierra, was soo sweet. I wish I took pics because the food not only looked good but tasted good as well. I ordered the Chickichanga and a Honey Crunch Iced Coffee. It was a tasty and affordable meal. The ambiance is great. I recommend sitting outside.
Dietary restrictions: Great place to eat if you want a "healthier" type of breakfast
Parking: Depends on how busy it is but parking is free and there are a good amount of parking spaces.

We've been here several times for breakfast and lunch. Sometimes the staff and food were excellent! Other times the staff and food were awful. I also thought I gave a review but I didn't.
Today we stopped in, for lunch, as I got my birthday gift from them. It wasn't busy at all in there. We waited a couple of minutes to have someone to greet us and take us to our table. They sat us down and walked away. We waited and waited for someone to come by our table. Staff kept walking by but didn't acknowledge us. I mentioned to my daughter that I read several negative reviews about this happening.
Finally I made eye contact with a manager? or sever?, Alex, who was bringing out food for another table. As she came back, she asked if we were being helped. I said no. She quickly brought out menus and silverware. She went back into the kitchen and another girl came over and took our order. My daughter ordered a plain waffle and I had the Sweet Honey Pecan Salad. We really enjoyed the food!
Not sure if they were short staffed but Alex was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful! Just by her actions and appearance, I feel that she's a manager! If not, she needs to be a manager!
