We Love going to Full Moon Oyster Bar in Clemmons. We like all the staff but Mike rocks, you are very lucky to have him. Food was Excellent.

The cooked oysters were very pricey. Some of the shells didn't have any oysters on them. A total disappointment. I git a drink and it was 37 bucks... geeze. I hadn't even sat down to eat.
The only time we received attention was when we were requesting something.
It was freezing 🥶 inside. Some of the orne dishes appeared delicious. It is for debate to return. If I did, it would be to try something else

Cajun Jambalaya was awesome. Right amount of hot/spicy, good meat (shrimp and boudin, though mine was lacking in chicken portion) and ample serving size. Definitely recommend if you like Jambalaya.

I ordered the jambalaya with shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage. It had the shrimp, but no sausage or chicken. I asked if it was just shrimp and was told no. The bartender took it to the kitchen where they appeared to discuss the dish for several minutes. As if the chicken and sausage was actually there and I just couldn’t see it. In the end I was told that the cooks said they made a big batch and portioned it out. That’s just how my portion came out. Ummm….okay ?‍♂️ the flavor was good with good heat. I was made to feel like that’s what I get. So there you go. I won’t go back. If you’re attitude is like that I don’t trust you or your product.

This place is popping, which is a good indication that the food is great. We were very pleased w/ the mixed drinks, beer, appetizers, and entrees that we ordered. Since it is so busy, the service is a bit slow, but the food is EXCELLENT and fresh to boot! The atmosphere is very laid back, the staff is super friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you like fresh oysters, clams, and/ or scallops, don't sell yourself short and meander through life without eating here at least once.
