Man I would give them a zero if it was an option we waited over 40 minutes and still didn’t get our order we got up and left! We will never return again.

I wish I could give 0 stars ordered a pick up get to the restaurant it's full of people in the lobby just waiting for any kind of attention and when they are tired of waiting they left a good 15 people walked out the only reason I stayed was because I already paid for mine and it was crap this is IHOPs idea of eggs Benedict bacon is not even cooked all the way no utensils no syrup for the pancakes ...the worse food i have EVER had so in close if you want cold messed up food IHOP in clemmons is the place for you

I'm celebrating my honey's birthday today and thought that we would try IHOP for breakfast.
We were seated in record time, and our waitress took our drink order. The food order was taken as soon as the drinks were placed on the table. The food arrived hot, but we were missing a few things like scrambled eggs (instead of the over easy eggs), salsa (for the omelet), and grits. We continued to wait for those items.
We did a quick check-in with our waitress when we saw her again, and she stated that the kitchen has been sending her accurately placed orders out wrong today.
The kitchen may have made a mistake with the eggs, but we were forgotten and left waiting for items that pair well with the rest of the meal that became cold.
We decided to leave and press reset on our breakfast plans.

This is the 3rd strike. Service is poor and good luck getting what you order. Excited when food came out hot but by time you get everything else you need for the order you will be looking for a microwave or forget why you are even here. Walked out the door with a waitress yelling out "They are leaving". I have yet to see a manager while coming to this store. Will be the last time. Take a few extra seconds and go down the street to Cracker Barrel or Firstwatch across the street.

I have been to this ihop multiple times within the past month and each time I’ve ordered my steak omelette it’s been hair in it as if the cook is not wearing a hair net!!!

I can not sit here and blame the waiters on my experience because I know first hand once the order is placed it is out of their hands.
I will say , the food was TERRIBLE .
Basically slapped on a plate and pushed out the window.
One item might have been hot the next might have been cold.
Small portions considering the prices.
I had what looked like a piece of bacon broke in , with what seemed to be 1 egg . 2 bites of hash browns and dry cold waffle .
I can not make up the sausage links , looked like half of a whole one.
Just honestly considering we got there at 10:30 and didn’t get out the door till 12 says alot .
We was sat in a timely manner within 15 minutes but the waiter brought us the wrong drink , seen her probably 2 times. Not really her fault she was running all over the place because I’m sure they are short staffed definitely looked it. Instead of management running plates and taking tables they were giving orders which doesn’t really solve the issue. I feel like people are more understanding when the food comes out correctly.
