They let the line get backed up with online orders. It shouldn’t take 15 min to get a sub. Take care of the people that are here first. It would get a 5 star otherwise. Avoid if you are in a hurry until this is fixed

Jersey Mikes-Clemmons NC- Cashier was wearing gloves taking money, running the cash register, then with the same gloves cutting and wrapping sandwiches. Fresh gloves were never changed. I asked the cashier if she had not changed her gloves between transactions and also between the register and my sandwich. She admitted she did not change gloves and asked me if I wanted her to make a new sandwich for me? I passed on the sandwich and went else where.

I love this location one of my favorite stops on my business trip to VA. I enjoy the mobile app and getting my sandwich to go on the counter. I’ve had probably 30+ sandwich’s with no issues. Bathrooms are clean and staff are friendly. Keep it up!

The long this location stays open the more they start short cutting. This is the second time they failed to put more then 1 piece of bacon on a regular club sandwich as well as very little lettuce and onion. As you can see this half half had no bacon and 1 single piece of onion...
Sandwiches are to dang high for yall to be short cutting the customer.

Arrived at 8:22pm and was told they had closed the grill and could not order my hot subs as I intended therefore they lost my business. Disappointed and seemed as if all the staff cared about was cleaning up and closing up and I get it they close at 9pm I’ve worked in the food industry but you still had 38 minutes to serve. Really disappointing!
