This is a good place for family and friends to hang out. The bakery looks average, but it testes delicious. Simple food with reasonable price.

This is a cute place, but it could use some improvements. I’ve traveled the world and seen what everyone has to offer (and I’ve been a pastry chef or a baker), I like the concept and employees at this place. The concept being buy breakfast and lunch (deli items) at the same time on your way to work/general cafe. Employees were super friendly too! The downside is that our pound cake and brownie had similar textures, the pound cake was also very dry which is hard to do. Another improvement item was that the steam wand on the espresso machine was screeching the entire time, it was awful and it lets customers know you are burning the milk going into their coffee. A 5 minute YouTube video training would help prevent this. There are much better bakeries around (for now), so I probably would not return as a regular, but they seem to have consistent business.

Ketchie Creek Bakery is a great place to stop by for a quick bite to eat or even placing a pastry order. The service has always been great and food has been high quality.

The employees need to be educated on allergens and the severity of their lack of knowledge. Two items were indicated as milk/dairy free (one cake and the brownies) by the young lady who helped us. My son took one bite of the cake and felt a reaction, and thankfully did not eat anymore. This could've easily been a trip to the hospital on account of someone's ignorance and stupidity. Please get educated on your products, and the severity of your answers to customers with allergies.Dietary restrictions: Uneducated staff

Nice staff and enjoyable treats. It is well put-together, clean, and kind of posh. It's not super unique, but it does the job well.

I been here 2 times but I have to come back for the sandwich this time I only got coffee

I finally had to accept that this little place will not be a go to sandwich place for me. I had tried the Reuben and the Italian Sub, neither one of which came close to rivaling these classic deli offerings so readily available locally at spots like O'Brien, TJ's, Vinnie's, and several more. I thought perhaps it was worth a try to sample some standard diner sandwiches - so I ordered 1/2 sandwiches of Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, and Tuna Salad, all on white bread. Each sandwich was lightly filled, ending up with more bread than filling by a sizable margin - check out the photos as to amount of filling! At $5.25 or more per HALF a sandwich this is not nearly a value purchase. On top of the value issue, the quality of the fillings in all the sandwiches was simply not there! Weak quality, weak value not something I would recommend or return to. This place will always attract a crowd looking for a "cute" local spot to grab a cupa and a sweet, but if you want a filling, value meal, this ain't it.

First time here. Manager was really friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere, cozy. Good deli selection, I was only there for coffee however. They had quite a bit of seating.

Solid deli options at a reasonable price. I would appreciate if they didn't cover you over in styrofoam for dine in. Seems there is no dishwasher on the premises. If it needs to be disposable why not paper? In a world where so many businesses are stepping up and trying to do the environmentally responsible thing, Ketchie Creek is lagging behind. Also, I think we might have come on some sort of bring-your-teen to work day. There were a dozen young people behind the counter with only 3 of them serving customers at any one time. There was one adult staff member doing her very best to guide the young employees, but it looked like herding cats. The sheer quantity of staff milling about was shocking, but what was more astounding is that none of them thought to bring our meals to the table. You'd think they'd serve us just to stop the boredom of standing around and chatting with one another.I appreciate the vision behind this family-owned business, but it doesn't quite hit the mark.

Blown away by this place! Excellent customer service & the most fantastic sandwiches around! The black pepper turkey on a croissant is now my all time new favorite sandwich! I live in Michigan & for now have to live with my attempts to try to copy it at home. (Good, but it's just not the same!) I can't wait to go back! This will definitely be a MUST-VISIT stop every time I am in Clemmons! PS, the cheesecake was fantastic too!

The service here is slow and from the look of my sandwich I would probably pass the next time. I was the only customer and had to wait 15 minutes on a Turkey and ham sandwich. Z

The pastry and cake looks so good, we have sandwich which is delicious. Besides good food, they don't ask for tips, no tip jar nothing asking for tip when you swip you card. That's what fast food shop and sandwich shops, bakery should be. With $14-15/ hour, they got pay to do the job.
