Stopped by the Clemmons store—staff was super friendly! Unfortunately, the doughnuts were really old and hard to bite into, with a weird aftertaste. At 10 a.m. on a Sunday, you’d expect them to be fresher. Honestly, gas station doughnuts are way better—unless the "Hot Now" sign is on!

Never is it a simple trip to krispy kreme. I just wanted to surprise my best friend for her birthday. Maybe THIS TIME they will have the ones she wants! Wrong. It’s always “that is out of stock, or “we ran out” “we dint have any” “machine is broken”. 9 am and you're already out of the sprinkled donut ? Out of donuts at a donut shop literally every. Single. Time. They tell me to pick out something else. Ha! They don't have that either. They were out of FIVE different kinds that i asked for at 9 am. The donuts we did get were good. But I still wouldn't even bother with this location if you want anything special they advertise.

Was picking up a couple dozen donuts for a party, went through drive thru. No wait, no hassle, easy pick-up.

I love Krispy Kreme and so does my four year old Daughter. Some special Sundays we take a small drive to get some donuts. Only problem Iv had at this location is they have gotten my order wrong more than a few times in the past few months. My Daughter and I order the chocolate iced sprinkle donuts and every other time we have gone, they have given us the chocolate glazed donuts without the sprinkles. They have also given us lemon filled donuts without any filling in them. Not even some filling completely empty. My advice if you go to this location is check your box because your order is probably wrong.

I've never been to a place that is ALWAYS out of the main things they sell. I must have asked for 4 or 5 things, only hear, "we're out of that" or "we don't have any left". I finally just asked, " What DO you have?" If this was an isolated incident, I'd be far more understanding, but this seems to be par for the course.
