Waited more than 20 minutes for a happy meal large fries and drink at 11 am on a Sunday. Had to go ask for it and they didn't even have it on their radar, nobody was ever going to get it if we hadn't asked. Recommend you never go inside this place if you want service.

We dined in and used the kiosk to order. We got our food first which was almost immediately. It tastes like it had been sitting under a warmer for too long. The mocha frappes were brought to us about 10 minutes later. They were really good though. Probably will not return.

I’d give this place a 0 if I could. They refused to give me drink with no ice. Got my food wrong. The tea was terrible. The only person worth it was the manager who fixed our stuff with no issues.

Ordered on the app. Ordered for it to be delivered to the table. Biscuit & gravy came lukewarm. They brought me a cup so I still had to get up and go fix my drink. Time to find a new breakfast place.

I went in to order and no one would come to take my order. I waited for several minutes and they did see me. There was only one car in the drive-thru and only one order waiting from the lobby. There were three orders total on the screen, including a mobile order. There was a full staff. The manager after 4pm does a horrible job and won't even bring food to your table the way they are supposed to when the kiosk directs you to wait at the table. Is lazy and has a very bad attitude/is rude. I would encourage others not to come here after 4PM
