My husband and I were invited by friends to their favorite pizza restaurant. We arrived around 30 min before, we got in, and the atphosfere was nice. The host was unwelcoming and cold. It seemed to me she was not sure where to seat us (the restaurant was not full), then finally we got a table. Our server was as cold as the host, I did not feel a friendly attitude toward us. She just simply asked us what we wanted to order, and she left, period. When our friends finally arrived was when I felt the server attitude changed a bit. I do not have any complaints about the food because it was exquisite, but we ordered bruschettas as an appetizer, and it took forever (20 to 30 min), and I wanna point out that I was starving. In conclusion the food was excellent but the service is 2 stars.Parking: Parking is all around the restaurant

I dined here Saturday night, upon walking in the hostess seemed aggravated that we were there. We were lead to a table where the menus were practically thrown on the table and she walked away. We were meeting friends that suggested this restaurant. We were early so we were going to have a few drinks. We ordered our drinks were brought to the table and sat down without a word and I was starting to get upset with the disrespect. Seems our waitress was more interested with the man at the bar than us. It wasn’t until our friends arrived who are regulars that we began to be treated as if we were human. Thankfully the food was delicious and I so enjoyed being with my friends . I have worked food service for many many years and would NEVER treat anyone how we were treated. Shame although the food was excellent I won’t be back. I don’t want to inconvenience anyone with my presence as that is how we were made to feel.

I often order Mediteraneo for the Stromboli and calamari which are fantastic! Their pizzas are serviceable, but not out of this world. We also order the Italian sub and love their gyro. I haven’t eaten in the restaurant, but I’ve had a confusing experience with their staff at the register which is why I docked a star for service. Sorry for the photos! Hungry family was not amused with me taking them when they were ready to eat!Kid-friendliness: I have adventurous eaters that love to try new foods and really enjoy trying the different offerings Mediterraneo has! There is also a large selection of typical kid approved foods.

Just left. I'm not saying it's the best pizza in America, but it's the best pizza I've ever had in America. I wantes to compliment the guy who cooked it and told the server. He said it's the owner and he'll tell him. I told the owner it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had - and that the only one that maybe beats it is one I had in Naples, Italy when on a cruise. The owner tells me he's from Naples and makes the pizzas to the strict rules and guidelines they have over there. It suddenly all makes sense.Astonishing food. Truly the most authentic you'll have. I live 3 hours away, I WILL be back with my wife!!!Thank you again. Just superb.

The food was absolutely delicious! The food portions were perfect and the flavors were great. The sauce wasn’t overpowering and you could actually taste every ingredient. I do believe this could well be the best restaurant in Clemmons! The atmosphere is simple and casual and the service is excellent!

Food service and atmosphere are always nice. However, ordered takeout tonight and for an 8" philly with a bag of chips and a salad with salmon, it was $36.Too much for food that I came and picked up.Will likely not come back.

This was our 2nd time eating here and so far we have not been disappointed. I got the chicken shish tawooka and fries and it was really good. The wife had the salmon salad and the salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend and we will be back again and again.

A charming place run by young Napolitani who go out of their way to accommodate and offer plates in their specials menu. The hand-tossed brick oven pizza is comparable to the best in southern Italy. Definitely a must if you are in the area.
