My husband and I went to Moes tonight & left completely baffled at the service. First off, they didn’t have black beans or brown rice which was odd considering those are two of the main foods needed to make any of their meals. After checking out, we also realized that they were out of several drink options, and none of the soda tasted right. However, I understand sometimes restaurants run out of things, so it is what it is.The part that really threw us off was the terrible attitude of the employee making our burritos. None of the employees seemed really happy to be there, but the one lady specifically had such a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I didn’t look for her name, but I know she had a nose ring. The eye rolls and out of line comments towards us were so unnecessary. I have been going to this restaurant for years and never had any issues with employees, but after my experience tonight, that ruined it, and I will not be coming back to this location.

Staff greeted me as I walked in, which was nice. The man that took my order was very helpful as it was my first time visiting Moe's. Wonderful experience!!! I will return. Great job Moe's employees!!!!

The staff is pretty incompetent. I ordered two bowls. When I got in my car, I had one bowl. I returned inside and it was a complete headache.

Stop asking me for a tip until you’re ready to come to the table and take my order-Then clean my table. The audacity any establishment has to prompt a tip after a person has stood in line, got their own drink, and cleaned up after themselves is unbelievable. Stop leaving tips when they’re not deserved! Foods always great though.

Automated Drink machine had many empty choices. Food served quickly and pleasantly. Lid for drunk cup seemed flimsy had to be careful once I left the restaurant.
Moe's Southwest Grill is an affordable and quick option to grab a quick bite to eat. Food is good and staff is friendly with plenty of room to sit inside.

It was my third visit to Moe's. It was great food. I have ordered vegetarian bowls each time with rice, beans, veggies, tofu, avacado.... it was great with chips and salsa on the side. I have also got a kid meal for my child. The quasidilla is very nice. The tofu in it was just perfect. The 4 variety of salsa are unlimited and free. They taste just great! Kid meal had quasidilla + drink + corn chips + salsa.The quantity was just sufficient. It's good for a quick stop.Vegetarian options: Rice beans guacamole tofu chips salsa wrapParking: Open parking at the front of eatery.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and ambience.
