Mossy's Eats Ales Spirits

We came in and checked in with hostess..recieved a beeper to be notified when our table would be ready. 4 couples came in behind us...40 min wait...ok no problem. Next thing I see is 4 people come in and see someone they know. They grab chairs from other tables and cram around a 2 top. 6 people on a 2 top. Then a table opens next to them so they take that table over. I asked hostess to handle it. She couldn't so I asked for a manager...BOB...what a joke. He says their friends came in so they were going to do whatever they wanted because I was apparently rude to his hostes. He's not much of a manager if he allows anyone to come in and TAKE A TABLE while 4 other couples that have been waiting 35 min for a table. I'll be in touch with Stephen...aka..the managing partner about BOB and his lack of everything. Hes pathetic. Will never return.

I love this place! They have all the TVs so you can watch out of market games, they have a great menu that isn't just bar food, and the service is always exceptional!

Came in this evening at 11:35, open sign was visible from the street. As soon as I walked in I said I just wanted a drink, no food. Was told last call was called and bar was already cashed out. Shorter larger blonde and skinny brunette behind the bar, I'm sure security cam footage will show the whole interaction.
What they didn't know is that my husband's company have been doing donations for western NC bc of Helene. Long day I just wanted one adult beverage. Don't advertise hours online if you don't adhere to them...should just say varying hrs.
Too bad for the bartender (s) they would have gotten a $20 tip on one drink bc of our per diem

First time here. My friends brought me here as they have eaten here before. The place is really cool. Lots of TV's to watch many different sports! We were seated in the bar area! We had queso and chips and I had the blackened chicken caesar salad with a blue moon beer! The salad was delicious! The spiciness of the chicken was spot on. I wished the chicken was warm/hot instead of cold. They could've had less dressing on it. (Next time I'll ask for the dressing on the side) I think they put a whole box of croutons on, in and under my salad! I also wish the plate was larger in order to cut the chicken into pieces without spilling the croutons and salad.

Our server Ana M was very friendly and helpful! She did a great job taking care of us and our needs! Looking forward to coming back!

Called to get food at 11:13pm and was told kitchen was closed, but googles says it closes at 12. Confused, oh well, I might not try to order again. Dependability is always important when getting food for the wife on a late evening date.

This review is not your typical review. I was getting a large package out of my car and taking it to the shipping store next door to Mossy’s. A Mossy’s employee was walking down the sidewalk and saw me. She opened the door to the shipping store and held it for me. What a nice gesture! If this is how the staff at Mossy’s treats folks going into the business next door…how well will they treat customers at their restaurant? I was so impressed.

Mossy’s hands down is one of our favorites to eat at. Recently, after being discharged from the hospital with my son we decided to go there for dinner. We checked in and were promptly seated. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize my son had a blowout and since I was carrying him on my hip I ended up with poop all over my shirt ? my husband immediately tried to go and find a shirt in our car and I immediately went to the bathroom to clean my son and myself. My sister told the waitress I needed a shirt and as I was coming out of the bathroom all my husband could find was a winter jacket. So there I was tired, popped on, and hungry and fully ready to wear a winter jacket in the middle of summer outside for dinner. But as I walked back to our table thats when Mossy’s came to the rescue and the hostess and our waitress said “We heard you need a shirt and are getting one for you”. I will forever be thankful for the staff at Mossy’s for turning a shitty situation into a memorable and pleasant experience ?

Have always enjoyed coming here for NFL on Sundays. For some reason they now don’t turn the sound on for the games and instead have classic rock blaring. When asked I was told I was the only one that wanted it on. You’re a sports bar and every single person I saw was dialed into the games on TV. Not having sound majorly takes away from the experience. The search starts again for the best place to watch football on Sundays

Ordered take out. Wow! Terrific quality! I added some pictures of the chicken salad and the buffalo chicken wrap which was chuck full of chicken, and look at those homemade chills!! Also, we got the club sandwich on nan bread and WOW! Wish I got a picture of that.
