Mrs Hanes' Moravian Cookies

I went on a tour of the facility with a small group of home schoolers. All the kiddos in our group were engaged and really enjoyed the tour. The history of the family was one of the highlights for myself. I do believe the cookie samples were the highlight of the tour for the kiddos.

As a native of Winston-Salem, Moravian Christmas cookies are a big part of our family's Christmas traditions, starting with my grandmother making them herself - a huge labor of love. After moving to California 40+ years ago I have bought and shared more boxes and tubes of Mrs. Hanes cookies than I can begin to recall. For the first time I and other family members were disappointed this year because so many of them were THICK! That special melt-in-you-mouth crispness when you bite in was gone many times. Inconsistency in the thinness and crispness signals a problem in quality control. I hope you can fix it.

I called Mrs. Hanes Cookies at the very last minute before Christmas expecting them to have sold out of my favorites. Chelsea, the Customer Service Agent at Mrs. Hanes, was so very bubbly and helpful, but would not make promises on delivery. Two hours after our conversation, I received an email from UPS stating that scheduled delivery was Christmas Eve. Not only are the cookies the world's best cookies, but the customer service is on the same level. There is professionalism at all levels at Mrs. Hanes. They are extraordinary people to do business with.

Great cookies. I buy them every year and have for years. There a little exspensive but once a year is worth it. Different flavors but you have to get there early this time of year cause they sell out of the Black Walnut.

For over 20 years we have ordered the Sugar Cookies as holiday gifts for friends and business associates! Everyone loves them and looks forward to getting them. Ordering is very easy with the preprinted list from the year prior. They're always received promply and in all this time I don't think there has been 1 cookie broken! These are the best Moravian cookies I've ever had. Completely legit flavor and amazingly thin. They remind me of the cookies my grandmother always got from our family in Salem NC. I'm so impressed with keeping the cookies great and scaling up to ship worldwide. Bravo.

This is the best Morovian cookie vendor I've ever been too. Should probably change the price of the large Morovian star they have on display for $22. The large star in box is 40 dollars. Still cool.
