Tried this food truck at the Piedmont Triad Famers Market. I bought three beef empanadas and 1 ham and cheese one. They were all great! The chimichurri was great and tasted like what my mother used to make. The beef empanadas were tasty and juicy. My son paid them a compliment by stating that they tasted just like the ones I make. I learned how to make them from my nonna in Argentina! I highly recommend their food.

I am originally from Argentina and not related to this food truck in any form but I was skeptical when I fist found them. After trying them I can tell you that their empanadas taste just like home! The beef empanadas are so juicy! Just like I like them! 💯 reccomend

Too expensive, beef one was lacking in flavor, the spinach/onion/caprese ones were the best options. “Chimichurri” sauce was literally dry herbs in oil olive - gross. Spicy sauce was like texas pete’s with tomato or something. Shouldn’t charge for the little tiny sauces when the little empanada is already $5.

I picked up some at their food truck at the Farmers Market in Colfax. They were delicious and the owners were incredibly friendly!
The spinach and cheese empanada was delightful. The crust was baked to perfection and beautifully finished. I loved the “brands” on the top. Delicious!
The onion and cheese was the same quality of freshness and yumminess!
I like the orangish sauce. Not sure of the name.
I would buy a bunch to bring to my family.

These empanadas are absolutely packed with flavor! What's even better is that they're baked fresh every time. It's such a treat to be able to enjoy an authentic Argentinian empanada that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even as a quick snack in between. My personal favorites are the beef and ham and cheese flavors. You must try them!
