I love their food!!!! I watch for them to be parked at the farmers market so I can go and grab two for lunch, the onion one is my favorite but none of them are a bad pick, always fresh made and so cheesy! If you ever see them near you, don't pass up the chance to get these tasty wonders.
Tried this food truck at the Piedmont Triad Famers Market. I bought three beef empanadas and 1 ham and cheese one. They were all great! The chimichurri was great and tasted like what my mother used to make. The beef empanadas were tasty and juicy. My son paid them a compliment by stating that they tasted just like the ones I make. I learned how to make them from my nonna in Argentina! I highly recommend their food.
I am originally from Argentina and not related to this food truck in any form but I was skeptical when I fist found them. After trying them I can tell you that their empanadas taste just like home! The beef empanadas are so juicy! Just like I like them!
