I see there is a lot of review's about the service, and delivery and I would be inclinded to belive them. The service is deffinattly nothing to brag about even with a quick take out. The service is not bad, but it's also not good either. There was no music in the location which was kind of awkward. Honestly I felt like this was a movie set until the food came out. The five stars here is because of how good the food is. I don't love this type of food, bu this was great. More importantly my pregnant wife loved it and she's picky. The food was well cooked, well priced, and good portions. 6/10.

For the food a lot of it was cold and my child couldn't really eat anything. The chicken nuggets were rock solid, and the french fries were cold like they just came out of the freezer. I had to take my child to eat a separate meal somewhere else even though I spent $15 on her meal here! Im definitely not coming here again and neither is anyone else I know.

Horrible food. No flavor, greasy egg roll and dry rice . Tried two years ago and couldn’t figure out what the meat was. Two big to be chicken and veggies were undercooked. Tried it again a couple of weeks ago and was even worse. General Tao’s was just chicken in spicy honey which was way too rich. Chicken and broccoli was flavorless and tough with raw veggies.

They can’t handle a busy night on Christmas since a lot of places are closed! I placed an order for plain lo mein and my boyfriend was there waiting and ppl were telling him they have been waiting for hours. And instead of handling the orders they have since it was about 20ppl in the restaurant already, they’re still taking other ppls phone orders . I’ve called more than 5 times to see how long the wait would be and every time I call their answering the phone and just hanging up in my face so I can’t even talk to anyone about your order. Very unprofessional!!!! We’re very understanding about how busy it is, but they clearly don’t know how to deal with it. They could’ve easily just said right now they don’t know how long the wait will be and offer a refund but instead you get hung up on. And you can’t even get in the restaurant to talk to someone to get a refund because the amount of ppl inside and by the door

So it's took me a minute to put this post up because this is only my second time coming to this restaurant. The first time I went service was great, the second time that I went there was another lady over there packaging big lunches when I looked over a chicken wing, had fell on the floor and she picked it up and put it into the orders when the lady came out with my food. I asked her who are they fixing food 4 because I've seen her. Pick up that food off the floor and put it in the order. She told me she purchased that. It was a catering order but for me to see this in your restaurant. It's not a good thing at all. So I figured I'll take my chances on eating some place else if you allow people to put their food in other containers in your restaurant in pick it up the floor it's not ok, it's nasty

I have tried over and over. Again. Guy doesn't have change. One more time no forks. Last time no drink. It's always something. Try Lees in Clemmons. No issues. Yet.

So, I must say, I've found my new spot. This place is hands down better than any Chinese I've had in Lewisville or Clemmons. Used to go to China Wok in lewisville, and they had great egg rolls and general tso's. Unfortunately, they sold, and the new owner just aren't as good. So, I've been looking for a new place and I've tried many. So far, this is hands down the best. Orange chicken is on point and general tso's as well. Egg rolls could be better, but good. Does not have a great dine in area, but there are tables if you'd like to sit down. It's definitely more of a to go place than dine in. Black pepper and garlic chicken were good as well. Overall, I've been here multiple times in the last month with no complaints. Also, the ladie that's always there is very nice and accommodating. Will be a returning customer for sure.

I ordered via Door Dash and didn't receive all of my order. Even though Door Dash should have refunded me for the item (which they did not), Number 1 China went out of their way to deliver the item at no extra cost. They have always had the best Chinese food around, and now they most definitely have the best service too!

I’m disappointed with the chicken wings. I was expecting four whole wings like most Chinese restaurants. Instead I was given two cut wings, and the broccoli wasn’t cooked as soft as I like it.The food was delicious, hot, and fresh, and they give you a nice amount. The lady that helped us was very nice and provided great customer service. In the future I won’t order chicken wings.
