I have visited Panera Restaurant at this location more than three times, but I will not be returning. Each visit, I've found the tables consistently dirty and the floors disheveled and unpleasant. It appears that the majority of the staff are disinterested and unmotivated, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen where food is prepared. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

First experience I walk in to Panera to order a “panera duet”, I asked the cashier, I want the grilled cheese and tomato soup deal that is around 7 dollars and still charged me for regular price which is around 11 dollars rather than the deal. I don’t understand why that’s how the menu works but feels like a scam.. oh and they got the order wrong too.
Second experience I was inside the Panera doing my school work and one of the Panera employees was on her phone yelling and cussing pacing around with the phone on speaker, I decided to go to Starbucks after that where the atmosphere is a lot calmer.

Spent 30 dollars for bread bowl and chicken salad sandwich and two pastries .wasn't much soup in the bowl the sandwich was not full of meat as it should be , was tasty though. I went to cook out after we left.

i went here the other day and it was dead inside. i ordered on the tablet thingy and i told the lady at the counter (who is on her phone leaning on the counter) that i had a drink with my order and she seemed so so annoyed to give me a cup. i got my food and it was just okay. when i got up to leave the employees were in booths just sitting on their phones.
The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful! Zack and John were very friendly and helpful. Great dining experience!

Tea was 100% spoiled, asked for no pecans and still got them as well as asked for no lettuce on my sandwhich and still received it.

We ordered pick-up through the drive through, which went smoothly other than the rude employee working the window. We pulled forward a few feet to check our order, which was incorrect. So, I came inside to exchange and found no employees to help for 5+ minutes until someone came in from their break. When attempting to exchange the incorrect item for the item we ordered I was told to go through the drive through they have to do exchanges. Informed I only needed the right item no transaction but again was told drive through only. We re-enter the line that is only 3 cars long and each ahead takes 10 minutes. When getting to the window I see why, no service given at the window for 7-10 minutes, all to exchange one bowl of soup. Overall the food was just okay for the price and the service was horrendous from all involved.
