This is actually the worst one I’ve ever been to. What do you mean the app says my order is ready and it is never sitting out there and u have to wait 5 more minutes? And how come yall always find the rudest employees to hire who are miserable every time I go in there? And also why does the drive through take 20 minutes every single time? I canceled my duo club membership today because I genuinely can’t go back there and deal with their BS again. I’ve tried so many times because of free coffee but yall manage to ruin my morning every time

Great location at the intersection of Lewisville Clemmons Road and Peace Haven Road. That being said unless you are traveling eastbound on Lewisville Clemmons it can be a Little difficult to figure out how to get in the shopping center to go to the Restaurant. However once you get there it will be well worth the wait. The food is served in a timely manner and you can eat inside in the large dining area or outside on the patio at one one of the tables there.l

Went in and ordered 2 Group Soups and and was given a 2 bowls and 2 cups didnt see it till i was home, also went to pay with a 100 dollar bill and was told they didn't accept 100s. Ask to speak to manager and she was as useless, she didn't care and they should have explained the sizes I received. She was Will not eat there again. Also 55. for soup and 2 cinnamon rolls is awful.

I have gone to Clemmons, NC location multiple times. They often leave things out of the order. Saturday I asked for extra dressing and butter for the baguette. The young man asked me three times about the salad and the extra dressing. I did not get the dressing or the butter. It’s frustrating because it has happened on several occasions. No issues with the Winston-Salem location -

We don’t come here often but when we do, it’s usually pretty quick. Today there’s a restaurant full of people, no one has their food, there’s 14 orders ahead of ours, and while we wait… we’re sweating because the heat in here is set to 90 degrees. The people working are in slow motion while we all continue to wait for our overpriced soup and sandwiches.

This location is always a hit or miss for me. Being allergic to dairy and eggs is really annoying and PB is a great choice for me due to their transparency of ingredients and amazing allergy menu. With that said, I've received negligent salads with cheese multiple times even though I told them my allergies when I'm ordering. But regardless, the staff is always pleasant and nice at this location. I just wish they'd pay more attention to people ordering with allergies.

Alright, this is *several* visits and DoorDash orders in the making. Consistently out of major menu items (including bread), terrible customer service (they seem to expect everyone to just use the kiosks to order and get extremely irritable when someone can't/won't), the seating area is almost always some degree of dirty (crumbs, dust, sticky tables), and has recently been very stingy about refunding when items are out of stock and the kiosk hasn't been updated. Don't waste your time at this location, they're better off closed permanently.

Panera generally offers really good service and food. My visit today was not the best. I observed some employees not wearing gloves as they should. The drive-thru cashier went from taking orders to working with food with one glove on. I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted terrible like it had been sitting all day, my visit was around 7p.m. I also ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup and it was watered down. I normally have a better experience at the Hanes Mall Blvd location and I think I will continue there.
