Alright, this is *several* visits and DoorDash orders in the making. Consistently out of major menu items (including bread), terrible customer service (they seem to expect everyone to just use the kiosks to order and get extremely irritable when someone can't/won't), the seating area is almost always some degree of dirty (crumbs, dust, sticky tables), and has recently been very stingy about refunding when items are out of stock and the kiosk hasn't been updated. Don't waste your time at this location, they're better off closed permanently.

Panera generally offers really good service and food. My visit today was not the best. I observed some employees not wearing gloves as they should. The drive-thru cashier went from taking orders to working with food with one glove on. I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted terrible like it had been sitting all day, my visit was around 7p.m. I also ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup and it was watered down. I normally have a better experience at the Hanes Mall Blvd location and I think I will continue there.

Employees standing around but no one to wait on us. Ordered a large salad (self serve) and it was the same size as a small salad we ordered. Food is okay. PB has really gone downhill from what it used to be.

The seating area was surprisingly dirty, just about every table needed wiped down, sweeping under tables, and drink area needed some attention to it.. Other than that my wife and I had a decent time.. We try going every week to have soup and sandwiches.. This just happened to be a time that needed attention around the restaurant.. Getting past that and it was great to meet up and have some lunch

This is probably the worst Panera we’ve ever been to. I have gotten there in the past right when the doors are unlocked and they are already out of everything and plain bagels. I have ordered two days ahead of time only to get there to find out they don’t have enough everything and plain bagels to fill my order. My husband went there this morning and they’re already out of plain bagels and not to mention the fact that the bagels look terrible. They’re skinny, some are odd shaped, and have they have a huge hole in the middle. He had to repeat our order three times before the cashier got it right. We’ve given this Panera several chances and it’s time to go elsewhere for our bagels.

Apparently, there was a trainee at the Clemmons location. She charged me for 2 bagels I didn't order or receive. I was picking up an order for a group I visit weekly and didn't see the mistake until I got home. I like Panera and they have good food at descent prices. The trainee was having a difficult time with a cash and card transaction, so I had to wait for the manager, who was incredibly nice and quick at fixing the problem. She was also running the kitchen almost by herself.

I order a large coffee every morning. Today I got the light roast and almond milk and noticed once I was almost done with my drink that there was a FLY in it! I had to spit it out and nearly puked.

I have visited Panera Restaurant at this location more than three times, but I will not be returning. Each visit, I've found the tables consistently dirty and the floors disheveled and unpleasant. It appears that the majority of the staff are disinterested and unmotivated, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen where food is prepared. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
