Why on earth is a italian sub not even listed on their menu? Was told they have it but they call it something else. Spend an extra bucks or two for a Jersey Mike's sub, WELL worth it!!

The girl at the white counter was extremely racist. I said goodbye have a blessed day and she just responded feliz navidad as I walked off and her and her male coworker just laughed while her coworker said “you’re racist”. Terrible customer service and terrible little spoiled girl at the front.

Today I went in to order a sandwich, the cashier wanted to charge me before I had completed my order. I proceeded to go ahead and pay for my food. When my sandwich came out of the oven, I asked for Avocado in which I was told that they up charge for it. I told them I had no idea, but I was happy to pay for it. They proceeded to be pretty rude that they had to do more work because they did not know what I was going to be putting on my sandwich. They didn’t charge me for just avocado, but instead charged me more (3 dollars). I asked for a receipt And it said they charged me for something completely different. At this point, I left because the atmosphere was so hostile. You can’t simply get mad at a customer for not knowing what you charge to be put on the sandwich. Instead of making me pay before my sandwich was done, They could have simply waited, and all of this would be avoided. That being said paying $18 total For a sandwich and chips only to be met with rude service is the reason that Subway needs to do better.

Don’t order online they WILL NOT toast your sandwich and rarely ever make it correctly. I’ve ordered multiple times to have a toasted sandwich and have NEVER toasted it a single time. After my order today I honestly won’t go to this subway anymore.

Stopped by at 8pm tonight 8/31/2023 standing in line waiting and the boy sweeping the floor was sweeping trash all over everyone in line . I said something to him he just shrugs his shoulders and says my bad . Then the same boy sweeping trash stopped went behind the counter without stopping at this sink to wash his hands grabbed the bread to put up front and then put gloves and started making sandwiches after touching trash and a dirty broom . Other customers were complaining as well about him sweeping trash and complaining about old brown lettuce so we just got out of line and went next door to Illinois to get subs which was a much better experience. I suggest this subway location get rid of young idiots without common sense out of there .

Earlier today 3/28/24 I ordered a Steak and cheese wrap through DoorDash . What I received wasn’t a wrap . It was a Flatbread sandwich steak and cheese . So naturally receiving the incorrect order DoorDash fixed my complaint & they now allow the restaurant to remake the order if it’s incorrect. This store literally remakes the incorrect order and sent it to my place of work like it was correct . I will not order from here again while I’m working I have never been so disappointed. If they didn’t have any wraps they should have just canceled the order . Yet I’m out 24$ for something I couldn’t eat .

That employee Sommer was very rude and her attitude sucks , she was sucking her teeth and was slamming my meat on my sandwich like I was annoying her or something but that other girl name syriah now she one of the best employees there , she fast , very nice and her customers service is amazing rock on
