Earlier today 3/28/24 I ordered a Steak and cheese wrap through DoorDash . What I received wasn’t a wrap . It was a Flatbread sandwich steak and cheese . So naturally receiving the incorrect order DoorDash fixed my complaint & they now allow the restaurant to remake the order if it’s incorrect. This store literally remakes the incorrect order and sent it to my place of work like it was correct . I will not order from here again while I’m working I have never been so disappointed. If they didn’t have any wraps they should have just canceled the order . Yet I’m out 24$ for something I couldn’t eat .

That employee Sommer was very rude and her attitude sucks , she was sucking her teeth and was slamming my meat on my sandwich like I was annoying her or something but that other girl name syriah now she one of the best employees there , she fast , very nice and her customers service is amazing rock on

Just walked out, after waiting (no other customers) 10min listening to a girl with long hair scream I can't get the glove open, and laughing, while another boy blonde hair was shushing her and laughing. Never once did either acknowledge me. All was done at the front line.... will not be back.

Coupons received in the mail DO NOT WORK. Even when you scan the QR code or type in the “code,” they don’t work. Ridiculous.

I’ve always loved this Subway for how fast and efficient they are. Plus, the workers are usually so kind.Today, I had the worst experience. I was going inside to pick up a mobile order for my husband and daughter but the two guys working were busy with a line which is totally fine. I sat and waited for my order to be put out in the cafe. When the line died down, I stood up to ask about my order (which was predicted to be done around 1, it was 1:15 at this point) and they both walked to the back without even attempting to talk to me. I could see that my order was sitting on the back counter ready, but hadn’t been put out on the mobile order pickup. I waited at the register for one of them to notice me, and they, multiple times, made eye contact with me but continued talking to each other without coming up to greet me. I waited at the front counter for over 10 mins and more customers came in and formed a line waiting for them to come help us. Eventually, one of the customers in the cafe called the store and they answered the phone from the back. He said “we’re all waiting for you up here!” and one of the boys eventually came up after another couple minutes of talking. I got my mobile order around 1:25pm.It was truly the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve worked in food service for over 5 years so I understand needing a break but I can’t justify how bad these boys were at their job. One had brown hair and the other was blonde. The subs were completely fine and made correctly, but definitely wasn’t worth the service. I’m posting this not to discourage anyone from eating here, but rather because I believe management needs to be working with these kids more to make sure they’re at least halfway doing their jobs.

Stopped by at 8pm tonight 8/31/2023 standing in line waiting and the boy sweeping the floor was sweeping trash all over everyone in line . I said something to him he just shrugs his shoulders and says my bad . Then the same boy sweeping trash stopped went behind the counter without stopping at this sink to wash his hands grabbed the bread to put up front and then put gloves and started making sandwiches after touching trash and a dirty broom . Other customers were complaining as well about him sweeping trash and complaining about old brown lettuce so we just got out of line and went next door to Illinois to get subs which was a much better experience. I suggest this subway location get rid of young idiots without common sense out of there .

Small but good and clean subway. Had my typical spicy Italian sub. It was efficiently prepared and tasted very good.Don’t like the subway way to ask for tips on the terminal, but this is not about this place.Will come back here soon.

This is a really good Subway. The sandwich is always ready when ordering through the app. The servers are always friendly and fast. The tuna is never swimming in mayo. Ingredients are fresh and appetizing.

Hunter was amazing! Went in about 2:15pm and he had a small line and was the only one working but BOSSED IT! No look of stress or anxiety on his face just busted out the orders and got us in and out within 5 minutes. Subs looked amazing too! First time I have ever tipped at a subway but he deserves it! The man needs a raise for real!!!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The steak tasted old and my cold cuts sandwich on had 1 PIECE of ham!! Very disappointed, will not be coming back.
