Seriously one layer of cold cut meat. 3-22-25.

Way overpriced. Had wax paper baked in cookie. Didn’t even give the right cookies we ordered. No sauce on meatball sub.
The only reason I’m giving two stars is because this review is an exception not a norm here. They’re generally pretty good.
However today, a nice young man was starting to help me with my order. When he heard it was 4 sandwiches he asked his coworker for keep nicely. She was doing nothing/talking to her friends who were sitting in the seating area.
She said “nah, you got it” confused he asked again or to confirm and she was serious. Coupled with the fact that she apparently forgot to take a batch of bread out and seemed to try to blame it on him (while he had been helping me for several minutes) I just think it’s a bit funny and I felt for the guy helping me.

To Mr. Jeremy Gale, I'm sorry your sandwich was any thing but perfect. If you want me to come by on a day I'm there which is mostly everyday between open to 5. I will happily make this right an make sure your sandwich has the freshest ingredients and you are treated with nothin but respect and kindness.

AC still broken. The cheese and the chicken were sour. I would not recommend eating here. I got a grilled chicken sandwich today and something was terribly terribly awful about it. It smelled bad when I got home and tasted very strange. I don't ever leave things like this for restaurants, but this could be a health issue.

Tonight my family along with a friend and her 3 kids who were just finishing wrestling across the street came in to eat together and we have never been treated so poorly! It was 7:30 pm it was made very clear we were not wanted along with even telling us the lobby was closed. When we were asking to clarify because it didn’t even seem close to being too late to eat in she rudely muttered something and told my friend whatever! My entire feeling toward this particular subway has been damaged! Extremely disappointed that this is where we picked to eat! AC wasn’t working to top off the mood set by the employee.

I got a sandwich made today and it was very unsanitary. It was an older lady with silver hair excuse me for not getting her name. But she touched everything around her the register, the oven, she wiped her gloves on her clothes and continued to make my sandwich. I had to let her know that was very unsanitary. Not once did you change your gloves and if I had not have said anything she would not have changed them. Because the lady before me not once did she changed her gloves for her while touching everything around her. Please remind her of sanitary training

I usually don’t like to go to subway but a few days ago I decided to go to this one before I went back to the office. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady, I think her name was trinity. I’m sorry if that’s wrong. But she was very nice and helped me pick something new that I had never tried. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and and made the best sub I had ever had from subway. I’m usually a jersey mikes kind of guy but I’m switching now mainly because of the young lady whom was very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

I went to visit this subway the other day. I haven’t been in a long time and I was greeted warmly by Trinnety and Krista! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient when I struggled to make a decision. I really enjoyed my sandwich also. It’s so refreshing to have such a great experience nowadays! Will be back soon !!

The store used to be great. It now has leaky ceilings. They tend to be out of things more and more often. If you order online and arrive even as late as 30 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready, it won’t be. They do fine if you order in person but not online.
So don’t order online, just go in person. Don’t count on them having the chips and drinks you want. The sandwiches are great though.

This location has really went down hill since they have changed owners. It is extremely sad because we love Subway but will never go back to this one again.*Manager taking a conference call in the lobby on speaker*Did not use gloves to prepare the sub*Never enough staff*Toaster or something always broken*The list can go on and on

This is our neighborhood Subway. We walk there multiple times a week. It was excellent for years - fully staffed, fully stocked, consistent. Something happened in the fall of last year, a new owner. For some reason, the store manager and all employees were immediately let go. It has been complete chaos for six months. We don't want to lose this Subway, we want it to survive, but they are constantly out of product (chips, meats, produce, soda), equipment is constantly down (tea for months, toaster oven for weeks, toilet broken for months, even the a/c in the building out), staffing is often one person through lunch (even as their core employees are really great, they can't do it alone), and recently it seems that at least once every other week they are just not open because of ingredient shortage, staff shortage, or other. This was such an immediate flip of the switch when new owner took over, from a 5+ Star to a soon-to-be 1- Star. We are really hopeful it turns around. We are pulling for you, but recently having to drive across town to other Subway.
