How is it 12:50 and you are out of bread? This location disappoints every time. If it’s not you are out of one thing, you are out of another. Whoever the management team is, you really need to get it together. This store used to have an amazing management team and service until about a year and a half ago. And your customers are noticing.

My experience was terrible they had no white bread only had enough for 6" cold cut suppose the girl working wanted to get off work was very disappointed will not go there again at night

The schedule says 8 in the morning I will be there after nine, they only have one person the waiting time is long even when you call to place your order and the breads are hard and the vegetables are not fresh the lettuce is brown and he asked me why Did you cover the meat, chicken and sausages? Maybe there is something to hide because if the vegetable is not fresh because we look at it, I don't want to imagine the rest.

We've had good sandwiches from this location in the past, but their quality has tanked. Word of caution: do NOT order from them online. We've tried online orders with this location twice. The most recent order was the final straw. The bread was actually stale for two of our sandwiches, I didn't think that was possible for a Subway. One had practically nothing inside and zero cheese. I tried calling the number in their Google listing, and it just went in an auto-attendant loop when you made any number selection. I then tried calling the number on the receipt, and got a message that the number had changed and was unlisted. I'd have given zero stars if that was possible. Steer clear of this toilet bowl.

My wife and I moved out here about 4 months ago. Since then, I’ve tried to come here to eat 4 times, today being the most recent.The first two times, I came by around 5:30 (they allegedly close at 9 PM according to their hours posted on the door). The lights were all turned on but the doors were locked and they were closed almost 4 hours early.The third time I came, they were actually open. There were 2 people ahead of me in line. It took 25 minutes for 2 singular orders to be taken and even then, it was a STRUGGLE. When I finally got to order, I decided not to fight it and I just took whatever the girl gave me because it was taking way too long already. Food quality that I did get was subpar, at best.Today, I got there at 7 PM. They say they close at 9. Again, doors locked and lights turned on to look like they’re open.If you’re not going to be open during your posts hours, please just shut down for good so something of value can actually be here. It’s a waste of space.

I recently visited this subway and had the most incredible experience. Lily, the sandwich artist, went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect sandwich. Not only was it delicious, but her friendly and attentive customer service really made my day. I can't wait to go back and have another amazing sandwich made by Lily!

Have tried to eat breakfast here twice, today the store was locked during open hours, but the lights on inside. Last time they told me they hadn’t prepped the food and it wasn’t ready.

This particular Subway at Riverridge in Clemmons has really went downhill. We will not be going to that one anymore. They do a terrible job at cutting the vegetables. The green pepper and onion are in big wedges/slabs, not slices. It's not pleasant to bite into a piece that big. It's so thick that you can't chew through it. You also never know how much meat you're going to get. I ordered extra meat and there wasn't even a regular amount on it. I could hardly taste the meat. The bread isn't fresh. They rarely have your order ready on time when you order on the app and pick it up. They have been eating cookies while preparing sandwiches. I could go on and on. They need new management or something at that location. We will be going to the Shallowford location instead.
