I stopped by this Taco Bell around 2:30 pm to eat lunch and was the only customer inside eating although the five thru was going strong. This store is accessible from East & Westbound US Highway 158 ( Clemmons Road ), North & Southbound US Highway 421 and East & Westbound Interstate 40 by using Lewisville - Clemmons Road. The service was slow inside but the food was served hot and fresh once ordered.

I find it a bit frustrating when 2 of the same items just don’t appear in my online order. I called the store but the phone just kept ringing. I understand things happen but when you can’t even contact the store about missing 2 items that are already paid for it’s disappointing.

I almost reached perfection. I got a Dorito taco and double Diablo chicken franks red hot fries. If I got one more Dorito taco I’d be heaven either from a coma or passing my limit. But seriously thank you for putting your heart and soul into that meal as it was needed

I had a couple of really bad experiences here, but I've also had very typical Taco Bell experiences... I'm changing my review because seriously, it's Taco Bell and my home-made Mexican Pizzas aren't nearly as good.

I would give zero stars. They forgot to give 3 of my food items. Found hair in my food. They had no ice for the drinks. I wanted a black bean crunch wrap supreme. They were out of black beans and still charged me even though I said I didn't want it anymore.
My real rating is negative 10 stars.... My husband went through the drive-thru this evening and brought home soft taco supremes (or so he thought) for dinner. We live only about 5 minutes from the location. The tacos were NOT supreme anything! They were completely flat when we took them out of the bag - maybe a tablespoon of filling in each taco, no recognizable lettuce or tomato, no sour cream, and wrapped in sticky, soggy tortillas. The papers they were wrapped in were wet with grease. They obviously had been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. These were hands down the worst tacos we've ever tried to eat in our entire life. Completely disgusting. And, as a side note, we were given the wrong receipt. Good grief! This was our first time and definitely our last time going to the Clemmons Taco Bell.

Staff handle any issues with orders poorly and have a bad attitude. If you try and communicate the issue further they shut the drive through window on you like a child. Really good way to piss someone off and never come back I guess.
