Staff handle any issues with orders poorly and have a bad attitude. If you try and communicate the issue further they shut the drive through window on you like a child. Really good way to piss someone off and never come back I guess.

They are completely ignored of the orders for in-store and people are waiting over 30 minutes while the drive-through was moving by steadily. They just simply ignored. The order is completely for the people inside the store. Horrible business practice and they didn’t even apologize. I will not be back anymore.

The gentleman who took my order was very kind and attentive. He may have been newer because he seemed a bit nervous. I’m very particular and he repeated the order to ensure accuracy. The dining room was very clean and well organized. The drink and condiment stations were very clean and well stocked. Now… on to the reason I “Ran to the Border” was for the food which was the absolute WORST pile of slop I’ve EVER seen. I worked for Corporate Taco Bell for over 15 years so yes.. I am a subject matter expert. Charter Foods here are really good ideas: 1) stop watering the beans 2) ensure the lettuce is properly drained 3) check temps, the crispy chicken was cold as were the beans 4) just because someone asks for extra anything does not mean you throw proper procedure out the window. I ended up throwing my bean burrito away it was so poorly constructed. The DLT was not properly wrapped and most of the ingredients were in the bottom of the bag. Not one item would have made temp. Are your managers ServeSafe certified? If so they would have been more diligent with the details. I am a stockholder and just saw my $$$ fly out the window. For this location I will most certainly Run FROM The Border”

Live this place and the staff. But I just wanted to give a heads up to people that might go there soon. The lobby felt stuffy and hot. I know it's hot as Hades outside, but it might be bad if someone has health issues and goes here to cool off and eat. I'll change this rating and git rid of the comment when they fix this issue.

Past few times we've gone it's either soggy wet tacos or they don't listen to the order and we don't get what we order. I know they don't make their own food like this garbage why make it for someone else.

Pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning from the sliders they served me yesterday. I can't even think about the food without wanting to vomit. I'll be reporting this place and hopefully, the workers of the 6pm/7pm shift get fired.

disgusting, dried out beans. i never leave a bad review but this place has consistently sucked the last few times i’ve gone and i’m currently sick to my stomach after eating a few bites. spend your money elsewhere.
I ordered a flatbread melt and a bean burrito, when asked if everything looked right on the screen I said "No. I didn't order a steak quesadilla." When I pulled up to the window I was given a bag containing one steak quesadilla and two packets of fire sauce even though I had asked for and I quote "Alot of fire sauce, like as much as you're allowed to give me." 1 out of 10. Do not recommend.
It needs to be cleaned . Not that it matters I’m not going back . No more tacos for me.
