Went through drive through for some of their new chicken tenders. We were all greatly disappointed when we found that the chicken tenders were balled up burnt chicken balls the size of popcorn shrimp.

Came in for a pickup order and there was nobody to be found. Heard voices and laughing in the back, waited for a couple minutes, and then had to yell “hello?” 4 times before anyone came out. Hadn’t started on our order at all, so I stood there for another 5 minutes while they made two quesadillas. Every once in a while there is a good experience here, 99% of the time it’s something crazy like this.
My stars went down because Taco Bell if you going to advertise something like a apple empanada you need to have it on shelf what is wrong with you people

These workers have NEVER gotten our mobile order right!! How hard is it to read off of a slip of paper? There has not been a singular time where they have gotten the order completely right. You can tell the food has been sitting for a while too. If you leave a review/complaint on the app you get $3 off your next purchase🙄what is that supposed to cover? And what help does it do in that moment? Do not mobile order from them unless you sit in the drive-thru and make sure your order is correct! It’s purely ridiculous at this point…

I use the drive thru at this location every once in a while. I used to place an online order, but taco bell has changed their guidelines with online ordering. As soon as you pay for your online order, the location you selected immediately starts making your food. No matter how far you are from the pick up location. I used to place the order after work to pick up on my way home (it’s about a 20 minute drive with traffic) but once I found out they make the order immediately then have it sitting until you arrive I stopped placing online orders. That is a huge flaw in taco bell’s online ordering system. The food at this location is normally great there have been maybe 1 or 2 times that it could have been better but that’s to be expected at any food service place. Some of the employees have zero customer service skills. No eye contact, no greeting at the window to pay, nothing. I’m used to it at this point. That’s the only thing I would say could use some improvement at this location.

Ordered 2 Gorditas for lunch and used the bathroom while waiting. When I came out, my drink wasn't sitting there with the bag, I had to ask, and finally, a guy in the back asked me if I was the 2 Gorditas and told me it was that bag. There was no one else in the restaurant ordering or picking up. There was only 1 couple dinning in at the table. Then i asked for my cup, and the guy took about a minute and a half to go back and look to make sure I had a cup, wasn't lying, and looked at size, which is understandable but also insulting due to them not giving me the cup in the first place and then acting like I was trying to get a free drink. Very very unprofessional employees. Customer service is lacking severely here. Cleanliness and environment were not great. The vibe of the whole restaurant felt more like a police station or jail house vibe. I would eat the food here again, since the gorditas were very good as always but they should fire the staff completely and re hire people who actually do want to work, make a difference and at the very least, just be FRIENDLY!!
Came in at 8:45 9/19/24 to eat a late dinner. Everyone was welcoming and very professional. Honestly, it is hard to find in todays society. Especially at a fast food restaurant. Thank you to all of you for great service. I hope you all get a raise.

Ordered 2 Gorditas for lunch and used the bathroom while waiting. When I came out, my drink wasn't sitting there with the bag, I had to ask, and finally, a guy in the back asked me if I was the 2 Gorditas and told me it was that bag.
