We usually love Tropical Smoothie, but we just got lunch delivered for the first time from the Holly Springs location & they forgot the smoothies!!!!!! We called & asked if they could send someone back with the missing smoothies & the only option they gave us was to refund. Wish the customer service was better. Really disappointed!!

We love this one! A few weeks ago one of the employees (Nick) gave us really excellent customer service. I wish I knew the girls name who cashed us out today (09/06 at 3:46) but she was also wonderful. The employees here are always great!
