Was out seeing the Festival of Lights at Tanglewood and found this wonderful restaurant as we were about to head home. Very friendly staff, wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, and great food at really good prices. Villa Grill will beon our must visit list the next time we are in the area.

The biggest drawback is the sign just as you walk in that says they charge an additional 3% servive fee on all transactions. Not just for credit cards. Never seen that before. I ordered the Parmesan Chicken and the noodles were swimming in the sauce. Not very appetizing.

I wouldn't recommend the seafood pasta. The calamari was like rubber bands. I could not bite through it. The sauce and shrimp were great. The order (take out) was accurate and ready on time. My wife enjoyed her vegi wrap.

Villa Grill is easily my favorite restaurant in clemmons and the triad area. When my wife and I plan to come to Villa Grill for dinner we look forward to it every time. It has become a special place for us to enjoy a date night. We know that we will have excellent food and service. I can’t count how many times I’ve eaten here, and I have never once been disappointed. I’d say I’m always impressed. Their flatbreads are the best “pizzas” around town by far. No other pizza place comes relatively close. The bone-in wings are the best wings I’ve ever had. The Philly with the shaved steak is a phenomenal sandwich that I love to come in and get for lunch. The ceaser salad with souvlaki chicken is delicious. Their dinner specials are also amazing. The pompano is one of the best seafood dish I’ve had anywhere. The flavor is out of this world and the vegetables pair perfectly. Their steaks with the bourbon glaze also hit the spot.
The service is friendly, prompt, and we always feel well taken care of. I tell my wife and friends all the time about how great this restaurant is in my opinion. They all agree. I can’t recommend it enough. I will continue to frequent this restaurant, and I would encourage anyone to stop in and enjoy a meal. I could go on and on about this place.

I will give this place a try again but choose better. My side salad was just iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes and cucumbers like at a diner. The lighting is dim inside and older style decor. However, their tuscan turkey sandwich with spinach was good. It was loaded with fresh spinach on a soft hoagie roll. It had ample roasted turkey and cheese inside. I was eating lightly this day, but the menu is extensive for trying other options.
Went to support a local business on a beautiful Saturday afternoon recently and chose to sit outside. Our waitress was outstanding! She was attentive and friendly and obliged us to take her picture when we were finished our food. The owner came outside and screamed at us in front of other customers for interrupting her waitress to take the picture telling us if we want to do a photo shoot to do it on our own time, not hers. It only took a minute! We tried to apologize but she would not accept it humiliating us in public in front of her other customers. Then a young man from the restaurant came outside. Went back in then returned and sat and took OUR pictures without our permission! Food was fair at best. I wouldn’t give this place another dime of my hard-earned money!
First off i wanna thank zain for letting me borrow his power bank when my phone had 1%. He gave us a amazing service and went above and beyond. The food was amazing, me and my friends and family will definitely be dining here again.

I had baked spaghetti with added feta and Italian sausage. The entree arrived in a pool oil. The flavor was okay, but others in our group ordered the same dish minus the sausage, and they didn't have a pool of oil in their plate.

I had baked ziti with meat sauce and it came with soup or a salad. I chose a salad with homemade cranberry vinegrett salad dressing.
It was delicious. The salad itself was average, but the dressing took it to the next level. Also amount of baked ziti I received was more than two people could eat. Unless maybe they were extremely hungry.

We ate dinner there, with 13 in our party, and they handled it with ease. This is a small restaurant.

I generally don't review a place until I've been there a few times, but after my third visit, here is my review.
I've tried the Stromboli twice now, and the flatbread (basically a delicious pizza) once. Every single meal has been excellent. If you're a calzone fan, you have to try the Stromboli – it's massive, fantastic, and you'll have leftovers for days.
The service is phenomenal. It's amazing to see a place packed at 6:00 PM with the staff still hustling and providing attentive service. They checked on me repeatedly, even with the dinner rush in full swing.
The owner even came by, introduced herself, and remembered me from previous visits! Be prepared to be a familiar face if you become a regular.
This place has become our go-to when we're craving something delicious and reliable. The only downside? Snagging a table can be tough, but that's just a testament to how good it is.
Definitely a hidden gem in Clemmons – you won't be disappointed!
