Food is great at waffle house. Never had any complaints. The server Kieran probably shouldn't be a server. While taking my order. I'm setting at the bar. He doesn't make any eye contact. To even realize I was there. Then leaned on the bar both elbows on the bar. Right hand all over his face and hair. Didn't wash his hands afterwards. Your serving Food and dealing with the public. Don't put your hands all over your face or lean all over the counter while someone is telling you their order. That's rude disrespectful and lazy.

Exactly what a waffle house should be. Quick, hot food. Hot strong coffee. Server with a sense of humor.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Server recognized that my 10 year old daughter was more dark humored than most, so he made her a frowny face waffle and it made her day.
The food was great and the service was good UP FRONT. After paying and using the restroom, I left a generous tip on the way out to my server (a middle-aged, larger white woman) However, while I was in the restroom I overheard my server and another employee talking bad behind my back, questioning if I’d given a tip and saying “this generation must think we do this just for fun”. Was met with a fake-friendly goodbye and told to “be safe”. Won’t be coming back.

Just want to say... Ty, Pat and JD are awesome! They have been so friendly and nice to us since we u have moved to the area and before. Restaurant is clean, Bathrooms are clean and the food has always been excellent! But how JD can remember all the orders while cooking is beyond me!!
Have you ever been traveling home and finally come across a Waffle House packed with ppl on christmas day? Hungry, jet lagged and needing some good southern hospitality with a side of chaos and amazing food??! Get your hind-end to waffle house or as we call it Waffle Home. Everyone was amazing. Everyone was hustling to cook ,Take care of people, and people were pouring in!!! And on christmas day ??!! I was blessed that they were open and I was able to get a meal that i've been longing for , for several years, being on the other side of the country..10 Stars!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Night shift server was soooo nice and gave great service. Food looked appealing and tasted great. I don't remember the servers name unfortunately but she was great

The service was awful. When I mentioned the bugs crawling on the floor the waitress just stared at me. The food was burnt and our order was not prepared as ordered. I mean I know it's waffle House but this is ridiculous, not even the coffee was decent
