I hate stopping here on my way home but I do from time to time to see if anything changes and it never does smh. Bad customer service and food always takes so long to get, worst Wendy's in my opinion.

Worse location! Got 4 meal bundles and all different cheeseburgers. 2 plain ketchup and 1 plain cheese with tomato and one cheeseburger only ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato. Tell me why all four were just cheeseburgers plain mayo. None of them had mayo!!! I did take them back but that's just laziness!

Gentle touch Doula

I went late night last night, ordered a 10 piece meal. Paid and had to pull up, waited about 3-5 minutes and my food CAME OUT COLD! Like … what? I almost recirculated the drive through line but I just wanted to get home as it was almost 11pm. Highest disappointment, especially to have spent money here!

Literally always have the dinning room closed and then when you order food through the drive thru they make you pull forward and wait FOREVER when you are the only car there! It’s AWFUL! Will never be back!

I ordered my food there was one car in the drive thru When I finally got my food my fries were black burnt The burger was ok just ok When I left the same car was still in the drive thru Needless to say I won't be going back

They refused to cook bacon for a sandwich, was told to pull forward and wait another 10 mins and drive home 7mins away just for my entire meal to be stone cold. Every worker inside this building has a attitude. Thats becs the Store manager has a extreme attitude problem and a never does wrong mindset. Apparently a fill in Store manager from another store as well. Over priced Shite

One guy smelled like he was smoking pot, and he was eating fries 🍟 straight out of the place they keep the cooked fries.
The lady taking the order did not put ice in our cups and we asked for sweet tea, was given unsweetened tea.

Extremely disappointed with my visit here. If you are ordering, DO NOT do it online!! Placed an order for $107 dollars, drive to the store and they couldn’t find the order. Finally it comes through and they cannot complete it because they don’t have the items needed to complete the order. I could not get a refund from the store, very very frustrating. I call the customer care number and can barely understand the guy on the phone and he was completely clueless. Said they’d need to investigate and couldn’t guarantee a refund nor a timeline when someone would contact me. Completely scammed out of over $100.

Heart Breaker

Food is great, but they have terrible customer service. One of the employees yelled at us through the speaker for not talking loud enough. Which is very unprofessional in my opinion, which is why I gave them a one star because if the customer service is not good, it makes the customers day worse. Food may be good, but they need to work on that customer service.
