Every worker inside this building has a attitude. Thats becs the Store manager has a extreme attitude problem and a never does wrong mindset. One guy smelled like he was smoking pot, and he was eating fries đ straight out of the place they keep the cooked fries. The lady taking the order did not put ice in our cups and we asked for sweet tea, was given unsweetened tea.

Extremely disappointed with my visit here. If you are ordering, DO NOT do it online!! Placed an order for $107 dollars, drive to the store and they couldnât find the order. Finally it comes through and they cannot complete it because they donât have the items needed to complete the order. I could not get a refund from the store, very very frustrating. I call the customer care number and can barely understand the guy on the phone and he was completely clueless. Said theyâd need to investigate and couldnât guarantee a refund nor a timeline when someone would contact me. Completely scammed out of over $100.

Food is great, but they have terrible customer service. One of the employees yelled at us through the speaker for not talking loud enough. Which is very unprofessional in my opinion, which is why I gave them a one star because if the customer service is not good, it makes the customers day worse. Food may be good, but they need to work on that customer service.

This Wendyâs location is mismanaged and has consistent issues with speed, order accuracy(missing items, wrong size drinks), and food quality (old fries). The better Wendyâs is down the road closer to 421 and Lewisville.
Iâve had good experiences with them but itâs a gamble and Iâve spent years avoiding it. Whoever owns the franchise needs to pay more attention.
Yesterday I took a chance on it, I ordered 3 meals. A kids meal which was fine. I also got a classic single combo and the SpongeBob Kollab Burger Combo. I only got one of the medium fries for the two combos, and the fries, while warm, tasted like theyâd been under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Both of the burgers appeared to be identical with ketchup and mayo on both as well as unlabeled which burger is the special one, which I suppose in this case didnât matter. I did find out thereâs supposed to be some kind of burger sauce on the SpongeBob âKrabby Pattyâ. They also shorted me one straw, but thankfully caught that before I drove off.
Mix up with my sandwich, but no problem, they fixed it with no attitude. Very nice employees.

Ordered a #1 double, got home and the burger wasn't even cooked all the way. Mind you, the sanitation grade was a 90, guess no one knows how to cook. Need better employees as well since the service was not great. Won't be going back.
