This was the worst food I've ever had at Wendy's. It was cold, bread was hard and fries were cold and tough. We took 1 bite and left. All the drinks were out in the machines and the cashier was trying to run the counter and drive-thru. Our first and last time here!

Visit this Wendy's a lot. Usually at least once a week. Most of the time pretty good. HOWEVER... lately...out of Frosty, out of salad and today out of chili. Today, at lunchtime, 39 degrees out....out of chili. AND...the person at the drive thru forgot mic was on...uh oh. I won't be petty enough to repeat.
So... here's a bit of advice. You are on the busiest road on this side of the entire county. First...get yourself some staff that having a job is apparently not beneath them. Second...keep things often ordered in stock. Been in restaurant/bar business 30+ years..not that hard. When it's cold..have chili. Hot? Have Frostys. Sorry had to lower my rating..but come on. Plenty of other options around...but we keep trying your location
Maybe it will matter one day.

I paid with cash and never received my change before I left. On my way home, I realized it, so I called the store. The manager went back and forth with me insisting she did give me my change, but told me I could come back anyway. When I did, she counted the entire drawer and realized she did in fact did not give me my change. It was finally returned. She was rude throughout the whole interaction. She never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Very unprofessional experience.

Place is disgusting. Nats in bathroom. Nats all over ketchup station. The only reason a nat comes is because of rotting food. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. The things they hide . The health department is definitely not doing their job. NEVER be back to this location

Says they are open until midnight on Saturday. Did an online order on the app. It allowed me to place my order As it said, the drive-through was open until midnight. But when I pulled up, they told me they was closed. Now they either need to change the app and the website that they are open until a different time.

Was not impressed with the food, especially the burgers. There was no lettuce or onions. A sign was apparently hung regarding the lettuce, but it was curled up and unreadable so no one was aware and the workers never mentioned it when placing our order.
Our bacon cheeseburger had 1 tiny piece we didn't even see until it was bitten into, and it was only 1 bite worth.

1:30 in the afternoon, not busy
Washed my hands, No paper towels. Napkins in dispenser wrong. Standing at the counter with cash in hand, 2 employeed talking/complaining, both walked off. No order, No money spent, No food, waste of my time.
