I went here with my family for Christmas lunch, as they were having a free meal for everyone until 6pm. Most of the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, but there was one server who was INCREDIBLY rude to my mother. My family and I werenât given enough plates, so she had gone up to get a set, and the young lady (with black hair and multiple facial piercings) approached the conversation with malice, insinuating that my mother was dishonest and incorrect, then raised her voice. The experience was great until this happened, and it ruined the mood for the entire meal

I guess I should've read all the reviews before trying this place. 1st off this place is not very clean. 2nd the staff is not familiar with menu items. Last the food taste was not horrible yet it did mess my stomach up within 30 minutes. EAT AT YOUR OWN RIsK!!

I love the love this place shows ALL people. Good on the owners for closing at a reasonable time for employees,and, due to the lack of business in the BFE after a certain time.

They deserve a negative rating! They made a mistake on takeout that could have a major impact due to a food allergy and could have easily been corrected without any issues. They said they would remake the food when I called so I drove back and then they gave me a hard time, making it sound like I was lying. I didnât bring the food back but they also didnât ask me to do that. When I asked for the mgr, she proceeded to tell me that she is short because they were very busy (apparently with other customers more important than me). I live in this community and had ordered from this establishment frequently - they said they wouldnât remake the salads without me returning the original salad initially and then saying that I have to wait even longer because they have to recook the food (BTW it was at least 10min after I called to tell them the order was wrong) and gave me extreme attitude for a mistake that they made. I was not initially upset, mistakes happen and even though I wasnât happy about driving back to get the right order, I didnât complain, I wasnât upset with the workers so imagine my shock when I was presented with the attitude and disrespect for a mistake that they made!! I asked for the owners phone number and was told that the women who was short and disrespectful IS the owner. GOOD LUCK RUNNING A BUSINESS AND TREATING YOUR REGULAR PATRONS LIKE THAT! They wonât get another penny from this family.
