Overpriced and the food tasted old and dry. I got a turkey reuben but it had a scarce amount of sauerkraut and sauce. Two of us ate, and it was over $30. Just not worth it.

I have raved about the new Brisket sandwich and have ordered and devoured it on at least ten occasions. However, today I must say, it was dry and not tasty at all. I fed it to my lab, he enjoyed it. I am giving a four star rating because I think this store historically does an outstanding job both dine in and drive thru. Please do better with my favorite meal on your menu.Very disappointed.
I gave a 1 star because its the only to make comments but this Arby's in Clinton, NC sucks. The food not good The service is not good. I went through the drive thru and was rushed through my order and told to pull forward after only ordering 2 sandwiches. I asked if I could finish my order and she told me they couldn't do that at the window so I pulled around again then they said that the computer was down. Ugggggghh. This was only 9pm they don't close till 10pm. So what's going on there.

Had to repeat my order twice and of course it was wrong when I got it as usual... And the cashier never ever counts your change back they just throw it in your hand... Less than friendly service also... Absolutely does not make you feel good about your purchase and giving them your

Food was good, just needs some improvements on customer service. Was getting rushed at the window, didn’t let me finish ordering. The original young lady was doing great but then another worker in there interrupted to scream “we are out of beef, so you will have to wait 20 min. I didn’t kind just changed my order but wasn’t able to finish it,, I think they were to busy trying to close but it was only 730.

Imagine you're at work skipped lunch because you've been thinking about an entrée from Arby's one that you've seen advertised for months only to be disappointed. I'm so tired of luke warm to cold food, I suppose that's why it's called fast food smdh. I don't believe the food is what it's advertised , it looks minced. All in all it was very disappointing. Unfortunately it's an industry trend ? cold fast food. I'm done
