I ordered a small strawberry milkshake. It was nasty and horrible ?? it was runny like water with no strawberries. And the milk was sour.....DONT GO THERE‼️‼️‼️ Keep your money‼️‼️‼️‼️

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and they failed to make it and says it just got lost. In order to make up for it, I was able to pick out another cake that did not have happy birthday on it and was not what I ordered but yet I had to pay the difference in what I paid and the new cake price…no apologies from them and I will not step foot back in there

My daughter ordered one scoop in a cup of Jamaica Almond Fudge. Brought it home to me and it was a scoop of coffee. Fast food has gotten ridiculous. An order as simple as this can not be filled correctly. Companies need to invest more in training. There is really no excuse For this to consistently happen. I would understand if it was a large complicated order or an isolated incident.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake. I was given a mint shake(I don’t like mint). Went inside and told them. Took her a while to make my new shake. She gave it to me with no whip cream, and it’s all milk. There’s maybe one scoop of ice cream. It’s literally a liquid, all I can taste is milk. Very dissatisfied. The left picture is the second one I got.

I have not been here and based on the reviews I will not be going. Im big on reviews and it seems as if in the last 2 years this Baskin-Robbins has had awful service and even worse icecream. I'll stick to the icecream and coffee shop in our little town they have 5 STARS! Thanks to all of the customers who left all of the honest reviews it helps alot and save money time and gas!

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I've ever been to they wouldn't make me a milkshake with multiple ice creams in it Even though they couldn't give me a single reason as to why they couldn't do it. I'm a regular at Baskin Robbins and have never had anybody tell me they can't make a milkshake with multiple ice cream flavors. They were really rude about it too. They really don't care about their customers or having repeat customers
