Order the supreme salad and ranch but they didn't have the packet ranch but instead they had cups of ranch which was utterly disgusting and too thick for my salad. I ended up not eating and it just went to waste. If you don't have ranch packets just say that to save me the trouble from buying it. It's the 3rd time this month and I'm just very disappointed. I've also ordered a fry and it was also disappointing because it was soggy and not crispy enough at all.

This place is mostly “hit or miss” on every level. More times than not it’s a total miss. Long wait times, food lacking quality or undercooked, and over priced compared to other locations. I eat at a lot of Bojangles and though this is a better location, it leaves a lot to be desired… Dunn, NC is about the best one around and the prices are significantly lower.

The employee was rude they put a bolw inaide where food was in the box the fries to instead of giving that stuff separate and in a bag tryed paying tap at the window didn’t work had to go inside to pay no problem the issue was the worker was rude not my fault she got that minimum wage job 🤷🏽

The worst Bojangles experience we’ve ever had. Placed online order for two breakfast biscuits and one fry and provided 20 min grace period before we an arrived for our the order. When we arrived nobody had looked at our order or attempted to put it together. We had to ask two different people two different times about our order and they just walked off or disappeared. It still took 32 minutes to get our cold rubber food. Everyone was standing around and nobody was working. The manager was running around but not managing anything. About 5 people received their food prior to us and one lady waiting on food ended up jumping in and taking control and asking the people to work and fill peoples orders as they continued to stand there and walk in circles doing nothing. This happens every single time we go, so we will never stop there again. Ever! Corporate needs to look at this location and do some investigating, if they care at all. By the way, my score is a -10.
