On my last visit the food was hot and fresh but they forgot my syrup in the drive through. Had to walk in and get it.not such a big deal seeing that I forgot to check for it in the drive through. I would have seen it wasn't there and asked for it.

I hate to say it because the paper I worked for just covered their grand opening positively, but the Burger King in Clinton leaves right much to be desired.

Everything ordered was inside the bag, nothing left out, so that was nice. All of the food was made correctly and warm. Very nice BK.

Burger King 100 Southeast Blvd. Clinton NC This store was ok before, but after Burger King reopened in Clinton NC, the food is worse than ever! My first trip after their reopening, I was trying to enjoy my dried bun Whopper Jr, when a panhandler wanted $20 for baby diapers. This Burger King appears to be in panhandler haven. My second trip, I went in and ordered a takeout Chicken Sandwich. The bun was so-so, but the THIN SLAB of chicken looked and tasted like it was found on the floor from the shift before! Two trips, both were not good! This store needs employees that care about the quality of food that they are ruining for their patrons!

Waited over a half hour for under cooked food. They said they would credit my card back and apologized. A monthly later I am still waiting for my refund. The manager said she would call corporate and someone would be in touch. So far nobody reached out and I'm still waiting for my refund. GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!!! This place is the absolute worst!

10:42 was told not taking orders. We were not told they were sorry for the inconvenience. Just they were not taking orders. There was no sigh up. I waited for several minutes before we were told.

I get there at 10:15 and they say they are closed so I got next door to the Wendy's and watch people pull through the drive through and get served. Complete bs.
