The food was delicious and the portions were incredible! They also gave us extra rice in one of our bowls because we only ordered Chicken and queso in it, highly recommended and will be returning!

I got some tacos and I tried all 4 tacos The Reggae,The Shak, The Jolly Rancher, and The Paradise and they were absolutely amazing!!!! The customer service was so wonderful what an amazing experience. The young lady with red hair was so professional and friendly. She said The Jolly Rancher was her favorite and I have to agree, The Jolly Rancher was my favorite and the combination of sweet and sour was out of this world. The others were delicious too, I really enjoyed the flavors and definitely recommend Burrito Shak in Clinton, NC, the environment was so inviting and friendly!! 5 out of 5.

I love burrito shak i really do. The only thing is when I get a bring home bowl and try to scrap it out the next day some of the paper ends up in my food. I will be asking for tin bowls for now but it just sucks.

The food was delicious and the service was great. They have so many different options of things to order. You can make your food however you like it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you so much food with your order. They make tour food right in front of you so you get exactly what you want. This was the first time we had eaten here, but we will definitely be going back to try different things from their menu. I would recommend them to everyone in the area looking for delicious food to stop in and try their food.

My first time dining in and I ordered the Rincon and added steak and rice with sweet tea. My entire order was perfect. Customer service was very helpful and professional. I also received a side of nachos and salsa. I will return to this restaurant and highly recommend eating here.
The food taste great however I'm a picky eater so I only get chicken and rice in a bowl. I was getting a to go order, I asked for extra rice, because I was told from a higher up that I can add more rice to my bowl for free, she said there was a line behind me so she would have to put the rice on the side instead of the bowl to keep the line going. Mind you in the time she explained this to me she could have just got another spoon of rice and put it in the to go container with the rest of my food. She waited til after she was done explaining to grab a side carton and then put the rice in it. Meaning she took more time. I thought that was weird but didn't say anything cause I'll just add the rice to the box after paying since its a to go order I wasn't going to carry my extra rice in a flimsy side carton. Even with extra rice my bowl had less food than all my friends'. If you are a picky eater you will have to pay the same for less food and you have to order in person for extra rice cause the app doesn't give that option. Most places I go if you don't get a bunch of ad ons they will automatically add extra of what you do want. No matter what you get the bowl will be as full as getting a bunch of different stuff. But you have to ask here. Because I'm getting so much less for the same price I will only come when my friends really want to. But if you eat alot on your bowl its good place to go.

Sweet tea was not sweet. Burritos were average. I would use bigger pineapple chunks and less salty beef. Overall not a fan. Could partially be me but in general I am not critical of food. What does Coastal infer on the sign? Will have another family member try in case my palate was having an off day.
