I recommend no one ever use tap to pay at this location because you will be double charged, lied to that the charge will fall off, and accused of committing fraud when you try to rectify the situation with your bank. I have all the receipts and dates and I'm sure they can pull the footage of me paying twice and talking to the manager who was on shift at the time when it happened but they won't care I'm sure.
Went to the manager to try to understand why we couldn't pay with a card anymore and was accused of committing fraud and talked down to. Foods fine though. It's unfortunate this is the only location in town. We won't be returning after 13+ years of being a Domino's customer.
It's too late in the day to call corporate so I'll call in the morning but it's doubtful this stores management will care, as she was extremely condescending to my husband, so this review is for other paying customers.
Went in today for carry out. Tried to Oder online but that a problem for another day. I stood at the counter waiting to order and no one acknowledged me. One person was mopping floors and another was making pizza. The man making pizza was two feet front register and did not even look up. The other person just continued to mop floors!! I would have settled for I’ll be with you in a minute but nothing. After awhile I walked out!!!!
Pizza was EXCELLENT as usual. Generous toppings!! Delivery was prompt. Drivers are ALWAYS courteous. Must say it's one of the perks to residing in Clinton is definitely the quick delivery! 🌷 😎
Ordered 11 pizzas for New Years! They were slammed with orders. I received my food on time! It was hot and good. Everything was great!
My order was made wrong so I went inside to let them know, they offered to correct it, and they made the pizza wrong a second time. Asked for the manager and I got told she's in the back taking care of her child and would be available in about 20 minutes. The guy remade the pizza for the 3rd time and to compensate for my wait gave me a free pizza.
As a customer I can't complaint. Got my pizza and it was actually cooked. As an employee, its horrible working there under the management its under. There are personal preferences from the owners about who works at THEIR store. Owner should not be working there. it creates a bad working environment for all employees. very unfortunate.

Saw a review about a sort of customer service issue as well as a wait time issue and would like to say even though the wait time is high and customer service isn’t what you’d like that review was posted on an order made in the middle of a dinner rush and those people were very tired I’ve no idea why one could expect them to be chipper and happy at that hour also the food and service was very good and quick the last few times I went so overall 9/10

Good food, service could be better. You can get a notification saying your order is ready, but it's not ready. Give it ten minutes after you get the notification and you should be good. We get takeout once or twice a month, and this is the norm.
