Normally, they are good for getting orders right, but today was not the case. I asked for the caramel craze latte hot and got a coffee with Caramel. They remade the order, and I got a coffee with cream, sugar, and caramel. I wasn't sticking around to babysit them making a latte, but I guess that's what you are getting when half the current staff or more can't speak or understand fluent English.

I came in to get my coffee and I stand at the register waiting for service! An older female employee was just standing and staring instead of taking my order. The store also had a bad odor lingering made it very unpleasant took my drink to go instead!! Employee hygiene is important!

Staff was more attentive to drive thru, young lady was annoyed by having to wait on me. Portions were much skimpier than previous visits, think I’ll pass on this place from now on.

I went to this store yesterday I tried to order a chicken roasted pepper wrap when a short Hispanic girl told me they weren’t serving food at the moment!! I don’t see why they would not make food it was a hour or so before closing time. Horrible service!!!

I order a wake up wrap and I only order one but then they put two and didnt notice it and they didn’t want to give me my money back. The coffeee is too strong every time and the hot chocolate is too sweet and it has lots of chocolate in the bottom of the cup. They can do better I been going to Dunkin since I was a little girl up North and is nothing compare…..

I give it a four stars just because the small frozen drink was no blended well pieces of ice got stuck on the straw .Service was good and quick. There was a line on the drive-through.

I was wanting ice cream and their curbside board does not list their flavors that they have. The drive through cashier had to list them to me through the speaker.
Always busy and loud. Sometime workers act to silly. But hey kids.

First time at this shop. The employees were friendly and helpful. The ice cream was just as expected and the donuts were typical Dunkin, awesome. I would recommend this restaurant as a good visit.

Managers always have to change a good thing. Not doing sweet tea for the refreshers is kinda sad I know of 6 friends of mine at least that go and that's all they get.

When Dunkin Donuts opened in Clinton, NC it was great. Not so much now. Why aren’t people making your beverage the way they should. I always get Cappuccino Blast, and I know exactly how it looks how much ingredients it takes. For the last 3 times I’ve been to this particular store, those blast have been straight nasty. They add ice like it’s going out of style, but want to give me a little ice cream and the cappuccino mix. They are terrible. I don’t want to return to that store. I’m very unhappy with how they don’t follow procedures and always taking short cuts. One employee there wanted to charge we for the whip cream that goes on top. I said no ma’am, when they start charging, she said we’ve always charged. I’m done!!
