Lady at the speaker and window was very dismissive and very rude, didnt get my whole order and was very rude to me. The food itself was good but service was awful

While at the drive thru window I observed the Supervisor or Manager whoever she was. A Caucasian woman pick up the snack wrap I ordered opened up the paper and then the actual snack wrap(NO GLOVES ON) put it very close to her nose and smell it! Not once but twice! The young lady at the drive thru window looked at me to see if I had seen it. I couldn’t say REFUND fast enough! DO NOT EAT HERE! Thank goodness I was watching through the window! DISGUSTING!

Went for breakfast today at 9:33 am. Ordered 2 pork chop biscuits and at 10:04 we finally asked for a refund because the last sandwich had still not been made. The assistant manager came up and did the refund but just dismissed us with a wave of the hand and “it went through” while walking off back to the rear of the store. No sorry, no attempt to explain. Sheesh.

Ordered a double Frisco burger with no mayo and no tomatoes. Paid for it, receipt shows what I ordered. When I got home it was a single Frisco burger with mayo and tomatoes. Obviously they can't read and have no problems ripping people off.

Usually I enjoy Hardee’s and have always thought the biscuits were some of the best fast food biscuits you can get but this morning I was extremely disappointed with my experience. It started when I pulled up to order and the person taking orders forgot to turn their mic off. I had to sit several minutes listening to them talking to their coworkers before they acknowledged me. Then I had to repeat my order 4 times! This was because every time they asked me to repeat it they would talk to someone else and not hear me. After the order was placed (finally) I had to wait in line for around 15-20 minutes only to be given the worst food imaginable. The hash browns were room temperature and my biscuit tasted like it was from yesterday morning but warmed in the microwave. The biscuit itself was hard and greasy. The cheese on it was hard and I ended up peeling it off because it was too hard and chewy to eat. This was a disgusting breakfast. The only redeeming factors were the polite guy at the window who gave me my food and the tea was at least sweet and good. After that wait I at least thought my food should have been hot and fresh. I don’t think I will be returning to this Hardee’s again in the future.

After sitting in line for about 20 minutes. My burger was cold and sloppy, and my fries were cold. Employees didn’t seem to be in no type of rush nor care about the service. Food was disgusting. This was the drive thru by the way.
Tried to go to the place today I have people inside ringing people up yet they have signs on the door saying drive through only that's just plain lazy

Hardee's of Clinton needs to be the training location for new stores or ones that need to improve. Our food, service, and value could not be any better! We've been through here at various times of the day, different days of the week and the high quality is consistent. Thank you so much! Hardee's used to be our last choice for fast food. Thanks to the Clinton location, it's where we head first.

This is the worst parties location I have ever been to. I sat in line for 15 minutes for your special all employees working the window were standing around. Everybody was waiting on the cook. Nobody was working. Terrible customer service terrible work ethic really do not understand how this place is doing any business
