I was in Clinton only for a work assignment, and wouldn’t normally expect to find any noteworthy lunch places here. But Hot Bowl Hibachi Express was a great surprise! Delicious and highly recommended. As it is a “pick your own raw ingredients for grilling” setup, your experience will depend partly on what you choose to have cooked. I chose a wide variety and it turned out excellently.

My favorite place to eat in Clinton. The atmosphere is relaxed and the tables are always clean. The choice of food options is very good and fresh. The food bar is maintained well. It is a one trip hibachi so fill your plate up when you go. I usually have leftovers to take home.
Where they really shine is the service. Everyone is so pleasant and kind. I've never had to wait for any assistance longer than what's reasonable. I leave there full, relaxed and happy.
