If I could use Zero stars I would! Just left this establishment and the Young female Decided that it was good business to have a conversation with her coworker as I was standing there using the N-word and when I called her out on it, she said oh I can’t use that word. I said absolutely no one should be using that word.! I don’t care in what manner If it’s slang or not, it’s not appropriate in any setting anywhere For anyone no matter what your race is! The manager on staff did not seem to have a care in the world about it. I can assure you, I will not be back to this establishment.

The customer service was poor. We ordered food at the drive-thru. The man taking the order rushed us. Then they told us to pull to the front and wait for the food. My husband had to walk inside to receive the order. One of the items we ordered was fried pickles. We received 5 small pickles. The amount was not correct. Overall, the food was hot and good. The cooks did a good job of cooking the food. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the customer service by the man on the cash register. He did not have a good customer service attitude. I understand it was busy. However, I have worked for many years with the public. It is important to have a good customer service attitude. Regardless of the circumstances. Everyone likes to feel welcome. And everyone deserves good service. I normally do not participate in reviews. However, from now on I am going to leave reviews, good and bad. I think it is important to voice my opinion. To hopefully improve businesses. This is not the only place I have received this type of service. It seems like it is everywhere nowadays. And it is just sad to see the attitudes workers have. I appreciate and commend the workers that do give good service. It is few and far between nowadays.

Ask for 8 pc variety bucket and got an all dark meat bucket !! The Clinton location make more mistakes than they get it right , the 2 customers were n front of me , orders were wrong !! I guess we should have checked before I left!! Sorry service!!

Ordered their buffet. Some of the food looked like it would take a chainsaw to cut. What we selected was good.
Poor customer service...ordered at drive thru and had to give order again at window. It would be 15 mins for a chicken sandwich. No problem with that, I could wait. Pulled to the front and waited 30 mins, while watching employees texting on cell phones behind counter. Called inside to get my order. Brought sandwich outside while leaving rest of order inside...employees need some training in manners, efficiency, time management, and just good customer service. (And leave the cell phones in the office.)

My family wanted KFC after attending a Christmas show. I ordered 4 meals and then waited 30 minutes for the food. , I asked a staff member for a refund that was ignored. Never plan to return.

This is a place where the staff is racist. Today I went to eat with my one year old daughter and because I am Hispanic they charged my one year old daughter for the buffet. The lady who served me, her name is Breana, I think she is the manager of the place, said that she had to charge her because the girl was going to eat. For me it is not a problem, the money is just that her attitude was not the kindest towards me and my daughter, who is only one year old.

The worst establishment in Clinton. Popeyes put this place to shame. Ordered a whole dinner for me and my family and they sent me a small box of burnt chicken nuggets? Absolutely disgraceful. Tried to call the place of business but the crappy employees continue to keep the phone off the line and when they answer, they immediately hang up the phone so they do not have to speak to you. How can this place still be running is beyond me. Save your money and go to Bojangle I guess. I won't be going here ever again.

Very slow ordered 3 chicken little sandwiches was told it would be 7 minutes but it been 15min very slow service will not stop in to this location when I'm in town sorry make that 25 min for 3 chickens Littles Just got done trying to eat the chicken tenders that's You all overcooked
