husband and i decided to go inside and eat this past friday night. we both have the app and so i got the 6.00 meal… well i told the guy i just wanted water. simple.. right? no!!! he said i had to get a fountain drink or tea. i said i just want water. then wasn’t gonna let me get the 6.00 meal. he said im gonna put a medium tea and put water in it 🤷♀️ ok. then my husband comes up and says he wants the 6.00 meal. the guy said you can’t use the deal but once. he said i’m only using it once, guy said no she (pointed at me) got the deal and i can’t ring up a deal. you would have to have a different code🙄 what??? he said i have a different code. i’m a different customer. he said but i can only ring up one code. my husband showed him his phone and said, here’s my code and here’s my money. the guy got confused, called for help, the girl came over, hit something on register and walked away. we were standing there waiting for our food when he did and said the same thing to the next customer. they come around the corner with my tray and i asked the server, will you please get me a water? the guy at register stops taking a order and tells the guy she can’t get a water…. it has to be drink or tea hahaha. the server said water is free dude 😂😂😂 so today (sunday) going through my checking account and i got the deal @ 6.63. my husband was charged 9.08!! same orders!!! i want a refund and i don’t want tea lol i don’t drink tea

Gave me the completely wrong order and when I called back up there nobody answered. Worst McDonald’s in Clinton, NC. This using the first, second or third but with the benefit of doubt you’ll think they’ll do better. Just shut down the whole McDonald’s.

A bunch of kids in there playing around just go to the one on sunset Ave 🤣 and the girl in the drive thru is very rude. Made me wait to place my order as 3 other customers in the other line placed theres and skipped me when I had a mobile order that was already paid for. When I pulled to the window she told me I had to pull back around because there was no way she could pull up my order when I know that’s a lie. Better be careful playing with people like that.

Arrived at 5:04 at the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes before anyone said anything. Pulled up to pay and someone cut in front of me...why? Staff just let them order instead of asking them to pull around. I pulled away at 5:16. Some of the staff that work in the morning hours are not friendly at all. They will m not tell you thank you or anything. Some of the managers have the worst attitude. Probably where the associates get it from. This is the McDonald's in Clinton across from the Truist.

I waited 30 minutes to receive my order and the place was empty. I had to ask twice and the cashier was angry. Terrible service.
We had prolonged waiting at the drive thru window and they then didn't have Ice Cream after all the waiting.

Girl in the cast taking drive thru orders tonight was absolutely rude over the speaker and could be seen (and heard) from the second window yelling and flailing around at other guests over the headset.
The man in the back taking money was super sweet though.
