Park 1 of drive thru Wrong order, put my hand in the bag to check they handed it right to the next customer in the car next to me Brought my order out “Can we put it in a plastic bag “French fries, Literally sticking out the top, the bags are going to rip. Asked me to get back on the car line to get a plastic bag and condiments that I asked for when at the window. Returned my order, that they resold since I’ve been standing here in the store Returned $44.96. @ 5:32pm Returned $4.04 @5:39pm Lorenzo at the window Maybe better at stocking

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Not only did this manager make me wait extra long while he attended to another customer who arrived quite sometime after me and then was given his order and left while l was still waiting for mine. But Hey listen to this l noticed the whole time he was handling everybody’s food with BARE Hands! That’s right no Gloves while handling everyone’s food! At that point I told him to forget my order and give me a refund and I left never to return. GROSS!

We did curbside pick up i was with my aunt we parked and pit on the app we were here and after around 30 minutes of waiting for the food finally we get it i had got sweet tea only for it to have no ice it was recently brewed meaning it was hot so we give it back to him and ask for some ice he never came back and we had to go in and only to see the sweet tea left on the to go shelf so instead of letting us know it was there we had to wait 10 more minutes before going in then my aunts mcrispy was undercooked!! Never coming back we will now be going to the one on southeast blvd

There doing better then the one on the other side. Still forgetting a few things 🙃 but I much better 😌 come this way then have to be mad over by rose's. Wish they did 24 they might do better? Maybe when Walmart opens 24 again.

Only one employee cared about how long I had been waiting.She asked me how long I had been waiting then went to check on my food. In which they had lost my order. When I received my food from the next employee they handed me the food like they did not want to be there or even cared about how long I had been waiting. They also did not give me my whole order and had forgotten half it. I waited 15 minutes to 25 minutes longer after I got pulled forward. The employees do not care about their customer service or making sure their customers are satisfied.

I sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no response, all the while the other drive-thru had two cars that showed up after me go through. After driving up to the window to order, I got to the second window where they were giggling and playing like a bunch of school girls. Then I get home to find cold, soggy, greasy, nasty fries. What a disappointment! I'm done with McDonald's. You've gone so far downhill. It's not even funny. DO BETTER!!

I ordered a mobile order through this McDonald’s every time I come to this store they get all my orders wrong. Today I had ask for a refund they expect me to drive back to the store to get the refund. So I’m very disappointed at this store. I will not be getting my food from this place
First, I came here and waited at the counter for 5 mins and no one ever even acknowledged me, so we went to play first and let them hopefully pull it together. When I went back up to order there was still no acknowledgment from employees so I ordered at the kiosk instead. Let me also mention there was no clean table in the entire place, and the play area was a wreck; chicken nuggets and fries everywhere! It was also 90 degrees in the play area. Fast forward to now: 30 minutes ago I ordered my kid a happy meal and me an iced macchiato. I was informed it would be 7 more mins on the macchiato after already waiting 10 mins after getting all our other stuff. No problem. I waited 20 more minutes and then nicely asked an employee if I could just have a bottle of water instead. The employee made a large macchiato (I only ordered a med) all because he was probably trying to make it right. I walk up to the counter to get it and the MANAGER snatches it off the counter fussing at the employee for making a large. I said actually don’t have her remake that. I’ll just take a bottle of water instead. I’m never coming back here.

They just never seem to get my orders right. Example: I ordered a hot fudge sundae w/ whipped cream & extra fudge. All I get is some fudge on the bottom w/a drizzle on top. JUST DISAPPOINTING.
