Slow for curbside orders. I had to go inside for my orders after 20 minutes of waiting.

Ordered a big mac meal with chocolate shake and mcchicken sandwich on the way home to Fayetteville. First...onions pn the big mac were burnt. Not overcooked... BLACK!! The milkshake was water. Not even frozen. The lettuce on both sandwiches was brown. McDonald's.... do better. The fries were ok though. Seems that's the only thing good there anymore

Waited in parking lot for a good 20 minutes for my food. Finally went inside and asked about my order. She didnt seem too concerned about it. After another 10 minutes I finally got my order. Of course no apology for the 30 minute wait. Terrible service

Food was not fresh and my burgers were burnt. The fries were not fresh and they were old and soggy with oil. Some employees act like they don't even want to be at work. Some are a little rude and snappy. Too many employees looking at their cellphones rather than paying attention to the customers and their orders. I surely don't want to pay for my food and get a burnt burger, old fries and old nuggets that have been sitting for awhile. The only thing that was good was my coke and sweet tea. My family was so disappointed in their food they got. Customers food needs to be fresh, hot and what they order.

Literally the worst McDonald's I've been too. It's not like any McDonald's are really great but this one is consistently terrible. From the rude service to the ridiculously long wait times. Gave me a cheesburger Happy meal with no meat on it.... Don't waste your time or money on this garbage.

They charged me for my mobile order on the app and when i showed up they said the payment didn’t go through and charged me cash and no one will answer the phone about my refund. as you can see below they charged me on the app and i had to pay for it with cash…. “because it would refund” but the bank statements say otherwise
