This place is horrible, I have worked in the fastfood industry for over 20 years and if my people treated my guest the way I was treated. Believe they would become my customer. I got 4 meals stuffed in a little bag, pictures attached. Old nasty fries which were like half full. Never again !!!

One of the worst McDonald's i have ever been in. Went in about 5pm and only one customer inside eating but every table in the place was dirty and had trash on them. Several tables still had the table number stand-ups that you take to the table with you once you order your food. Once we got the food the order was incorrect and they didn't even give us the sauce we ordered. When you go to get the missing items the employees give you attitude!

1st I never got my food. I waited 20 minutes the guy told me they wouldn't make it. I asked to speak with a manager, she was very rude. I told her this was very uncalled for I ordered my food at 12:11pm and by this time it was 12:45. I wanted my money put back on the card. I will never go back to this McDonald's.

Nothing like not getting a whole meal, fries to another meal, & not getting the right amount of Nuggets. Tried calling ALL day for the phone to ring and ring, then they picked up only to hang up. Will not EVER go back to the sunset location.
This is still a great location to visit and eat. If the General manager hopefully sees this comment, please know that one your managers, the one with the dreadlocks, is doing a wonderful job. He’s always Keeps the line moving and making sure the lobby Stays clean when it’s busy. Hopefully corporate hears words about this young man And gives him a raise$! Because I understand that Sometimes it might be too much for anybody to keep everything intact, From running to drive-through that has to drive 2 lanes to making sure that the lobby stays clean for guest to dine in. For I once worked at a McDonald’s down south in Florida! we were the third busiest; Sometimes we placed second, best McDonald’s fast food service down south. So please, Give him a raise and give him the applause that he deserves.

Not that expensive, you can get things for free if u use the app. Food is alright but ice cream there is rly good. The cones are easy to eat too, it was soft on my teeth which is important for me
