Food is good but the last few times I’ve been here the wait and service is terrible. We sat down and don’t get acknowledged, we had to move seats before someone came to us. Once we got our food, we didn’t get checked on, no refills, nothing. My boyfriend needed a refill so he went to the front to ask for one. Even an older lady there with us complained about terrible service. When we were ready to leave we had to ask for the check and a box. Best to just get to-go from here. Weasley, the older gentleman up front, he’s a good worker and always nice and friendly. The rest of the staff doesn’t seem competent at all.

My grandson and I went here Sunday. So we were waiting to be seated, when the lady turns around and asked if we were dinning in. I said yes she stated well, I am the only waitress and cashier and I already have 2 tables this will take awhile. I proceeded to go sit down but then I looked at my grandson and said lets go somewhere else. So, we went to Ted's Brick Over Pizza. To me she did not want to be bothered to say all that to me when she asked if we were dinning in.

I come from one of the poorest sides of town. I was expecting Little Cesar's quality for the price. But this is public school lunch quality. COLD! PLAIN! How can you mess that up? The restaurant is dark with no music playing or a decent arcade. I picked up my food and ate it at home. This place could be poppin' but they just don't care.

Let me start out positive…food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. Customer service sucks. Waitress was young and overworked. A lady was in the back yelling (manager). She should go to training because how you speak matters especially when customers are there. That makes it worse. They were so swamped that I put the cash on the table and left out. Cashier never came back. The front was full of orders. Employees yelling…too much! Food was good and hot

Over an hour delivery for a pasta bowl. Yall need to just shut down. Ted's is better , even domino's is better and they suck. When the food got here it was cold and tasted like crap. Yall should shut down

First off this is the second time in a month that my pizza had to be remade and a credit given to my account... Luckily Wesley played a part in making that happen....I made an online order again this time and got the pizza home and it was short two toppings so I took it back... As soon as I walked in it was a guy standing there telling them his pizza had the wrong crust and he was short wings...I called for Wesley!!!... After both of us waiting for the right orders to come out you had atleast 5 people come in to pick up and no one's order was ready including a Sheriff who said he's been waiting 45 minutes already... Once I finally got my pizza and looked at it the first pizza looked waaaaaaay better than this one but because I know Mr. Wesley was stressed I told him okay... It was too much going on in the lobby.... It was a thin crust pizza but once I got home I noticed the entire outside of it was uneatable...super hard to bite or chew!!! Because it was cut into squares I could basically only eat the middle pieces of it....I ended up getting another credit to my account but it's pretty much not worth it
I order but when arrived got charge for everything although was missing my cheese bread sticks. So had go back and she was like oh I forget take it off because we don't have cheese bread sticks.

This place is consistently terrible. The food is usually cold when it arrives, delivered way later than the "estimated delivery time", and is always thrown around like the driver was doing laps for the Daytona 500. This place really should put a little more effort in when people spend their hard earned money for a pizza night.

Went for lunch during the week, our server was very unfriendly. Never came back to refill drinks or see if we needed anything. When asked for a refill she rolled her eyes and never came back. When it was time for to pay she was no where to be found. She came up to the front after about 5 minutes and asked “ what do you need?” I stated we just wanted to pay. Again she rolled her eyes and went and got the tickets. When paying she slammed the pen and receipt paper down. Just an overall unhappy person and experience. Will not be back.
