Went there at 11 today when they open the manager said they don’t have anything ready 🧐 aren’t u suppose to get there early so u have food ready at open. There’s always something when that manager is left by herself.

Waited 10 minutes for our food to be made and every couple minutes the employee would come to the window asking me to pull forward even though nobody was in line behind me “so that she didn’t get in trouble for her time going up”. In the 3 minutes of telling me why you needed me to move up you could’ve been making the food.

Drive thru was a mess. Had to start order 3 times and still got it wrong. Went inside and the place was filthy. Chicken sandwich was over cooked.
Will not go to the Clinton NC location again!!

If I could give half a star i would. I placed door dash order, the website does not give you the option to choose "White" or "Dark" meat. I made the Manager aware of this and also have in the past. After my order I always call and ask them to make it white meat. I know this cost more. But first of all the Manager: Champaign answered the phone "HELLO" no greeting of where I have called or anything. I then asked "Is This Popeyes" she answered with a cold "YES" with so much attitude. I then made my request like I always do, she stated "DATs Gunna Cost You Mo" I told her I don't have a problem with that. She then went on to say, "No One Else Have A Problem With The App" I then explained to her how the app does, that she is not the first person I spoke to about this. She said "Well Day Doin It Wong" I'm the highest Manager in this restaurant. God forbid if she is the highest member of management in this place, I know that productivity has to be low. I will never, ever, order from here again. I will also make sure that I make a corporate complaint because this isn't the first time I filed a complaint about this manager. She is extremely unprofessional - and she hung up the phone on me. When I called back another member answer the phone, I asked is this the same manager that just hung up on me "she responded" no but she fixed your order. I then asked if they could cancel the order, because I no longer want food from someone that will hang up the phone and also speak to me that way. I do not trust the food at that point. She went on to say that they cannot cancel the order, so I canceled the order via the door dash app. If anyone is reading this me nor anyone from my company will eat from Popeyes CLINTON NC again. I will pay my employer and incentive more just so that they don't.

I just tried to gi through the drive through wich the door an website says is open and there standing around inside getting payed not working and not taking orders I left a complaint with the franchise owners machine I hope they pay attention cause there losing money

Our closest Popeye's location is an hour from our house, so we often check for nearby locations when we are traveling. Thus, we have visited many locations, and this is the first one that has had our food ready within 30 minutes of ordering online. All others have taken 30-60 minutes to fill an order. The food was hot and fresh and well packed. Thanks!
