Went in for a daily trip to the garden bar to utilize the garden bar pass and our waitress was so lovely and joyful. Leigh definitely made the dining experience a wonderful one! ❤️
They should go to Longhorns get their meat Supply ate a 10 oz Waffle House State there the other night when you're at Waffle House and you get a Waffle House steak you're not surprised but when you're at Ruby Tuesdays and you get a Waffle House steak the 10 oz should have been a smaller thicker piece of meat they can learn something just go eat at a Longhorns look at what they do for a 6 or 8 oz sirloin the place and the company is going under someone at the supply chain and decision chain is letting these things go on they no longer care about the house they're just riding out the storm wish I had control of these assets I can make it profitable I don't think the division as a whole is profitable it looks like a hotel that is just paying the note no one in the management cares anymore and I don't mean the management in the restaurant reduce the menu and do something well drop that thing to back to 15 or 20 entrees
Love garden bar pass
I love coming here! The waitresses were so nice and they gave me my food and drinks really fast. It is one of my favorite places to go out and eat with my family or friends. I would definitely recommend the marinara chicken. It is pasta noodles with marinara sauce and it has 2 pieces of chicken on top. For dessert I would recommend their New York style cheesecake.
When we arrived the hostess was very welcoming allowing us to pick our booth of choice seeing that it wasn’t very busy. McKenzie was our waitress, she was polite upon approaching the table, we ordered our drinks and appetizer. The mango lemonade is a must try for mango lovers. They came back in a timely manner. Shortly after we ordered our food. My Mother-in-law wasn’t thrilled with her rib. One end looked as if someone took a bit from it and had a very distinct texture. She asked for another piece. McKenzie took the meat to the kitchen then returned to out table. Stating this was the best they could due because the meat was tender. We noticed they just cut a portion of the one side and removed one of the rib bone from the other side and placed it on the plate. We noticed immediately that it was the same rib due to the distinct texture, how the sauce was on the rib as well as the shape, that was notice the first time it was given to her. So I asked her if it was the same meat. She stated, no, I saw them cut it a new piece, and our manger is here so we can’t just do that. That was a total lie, she had an opportunity to be honest and fix the issue and she lied to us. A very disappointing experience. Thusly resulting in a $5 tip on a bill of $127.
Love their salad bar
Laid back, chill, and friendly staff. Food was good, the menu was varied if also very very confusing. Would go again.

As a longtime love for Ruby tuesday I can't tell you how disappointed in tonight's Ribeye steak dinner. Don't know what has changed but something has.I sorry to say I may not be back and that disappointe me
