I visited the Clinton Subway location on 10/16/24 around 5:15pm and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a sandwich with the usual excitement, but when I took a bite, I was met with the unpleasant surprise of stale bread.

The bread was hard and chewy, especially on the ends which completely ruined the overall taste of the sandwich. I’ve always enjoyed Subway’s fresh bread, so this was a big letdown. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem particularly concerned or offer a replacement. In fact, one gentleman reminded another that the bread in the case is for display only.

I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected better quality, especially since fresh ingredients are a big part of Subway's appeal. I hope they address this issue because I really want to love this local Subway again. For now, I’ll think twice before returning.

Unprofessional and lack of care. Placed an mobile order the night of thursday Oct 3rd. When I went to go pick it up I was told there were no orders being made because they didn’t have product to make anything. They took my name and number down for management to call me the next day about a refund. Did not receive a call. I went back Saturday and spoke with the area manager and showed my order and again was told I would receive my refund. I reached back out to the same manager to follow up and got no response. I have yet to receive my refund or any type of resolution.

unfortunately, my wrap was not prepared the way I asked for. I guess to get it done right, you have to place your order inside and not through the app for pickup.

Had a coupon for two subs for 1299 also a coupon if you buy a footlong sub you get a bag of chips free they said you could only use one coupon. How do you supposed to use a coupon when you buy the footlong sub but you can't use the one coupon?

I should of read the rest of the reviews! This place is trash!! Did online order and apparently they don’t know how to follow instructions. My steak and cheese was ice cold. They wouldn’t give me a refund. Manager won’t no help. I think cashier/server name was Alexandra she was rude.

Went there tonight. 4 people ahead of me. Two workers. Waited over 15 minutes. Still 2 ahead of me. 4 people behind me. I left. Two workers and one went out the back door talk in her phone. Came back and said something to other worker and went to the back. And they were out of white bread. This was as t 6:30ish. Very poor service

Was told they “do not sell eggs anymore” when their whole breakfast menu includes eggs. Also was told they don’t put 2x cheese on subs that specify that on the menu, unless asked to by the customer

Worse Place Ever! Do not waste your time ! These employees don't want to work! They make you stand in line for a long time for no reason! They have flies all over the food! Don't you even try Drive tru because they will not try to take your order!

Subway must not care because with all these bad reviews a they still don't do anything about it!

For the employee that came out mad because we left while she was making the sub! I'm not on your time, whenever you feel like making it! You didn't treat me with respect , while should I ?

So if you need a job that does not require you to Work! Go there ! They are paying the afternoon shift for doing nothing! Given FREE Money out! No work an eating free subs because that's all they doing! Ignoring people an eating the inventory !

There is always a long line and today when I went in the was very long… there were 2 “corporate” guys both with laptops that were just chatting about personal stuff sitting at a table. I would have thought that they would have gotten up and helped in the back… the staff was doing the best they could. I also noticed that they keep the napkin dispenser on top of the garbage can… that’s not very sanitary.

We came up here tonight Saturday night and it wasn't 11:00 yet and they've already closed the doors and they're not supposed to close the door so 12:00 a.m. but they wouldn't service The guy was in there we went to the drive-through window and the door He said we closed the doors at 11:00 and yes quarter to 11:00 they're supposed to stay open so I think they need some new management in that Subway in Clinton North Carolina but anyway they won't be there too long we already know that everybody's already making complaints anyway about him so y'all going to have to take you busy somewhere else probably cuz we are
