It's a hit or miss here. Depends on the time you go cause sometimes the service is really slow due to I think staffing. Overall, we do get sandwiches here once a week.

placed online order 15 min befor arriving to the store. person working the window at the drive through was rude and dismissive. they did not have our order ready and we waited 15 in the line .. they did not check on us or let us know they were working on our order. finally parked in when in and they hadn’t even started my order. waited a total of 35 min for two sandwiches.

I went inside to place order. No one acknowledged my presence. I asked if someone could take my order. I overhead someone who was on the phone stating that she was trying to get permission to close and lock the doors, because they were out of everything. Another employee stated that they had roast beef and pepperoni. Did everyone decide to eat at this location today, or is there poor management and lack of inventory control here?

As some of the employees have told me that the meat is left out for hours on end in the back un cover and not refrigerated. That was the time after I went and got sick from there food. I would not recommend coming here ever. It needs to be taken over or shut down.

This place has the most horrible customer service is a shame...Every single time I go here if I don't have to wait in line for 15 minutes when there's 4 employees there than it's they don't never award the coupons/deals online..Went today to get 2 footlong sub the Monster the app says Buy one get one half order food inside (cause ordering online i never get my food made correctly) went to pay lady says my subs ain't apart of the app deal now mind you it's all them some subs but she wouldn't award the deal at all...Something always goes wrong in this restaurant and today was my last time going there!!! I'll ride to another Subway before I eat at this place

I just stood in line at subway and several employees just looked at me. After several minutes an employee walked from the back but didn't even acknowledge my presence. After noone asked for my order I turned to leave another employee was eating and I told him "you have great customer service" as I left.

They said they were out cheese tomatoes bread etc, I'm like why take my order knowing this, after just completely settling for something I did not want I asked how are you out of the 3 main things to make a sub, the cashier ask what i really wanted and went to the cooler and restocked everything, will not go back, there either racist or lazy or both idk

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. I have tried to give them a few chances since they’ve been open and every time I am let down. Today I placed an online order at 11:35 and was told it was ready at 12. I arrived at 12:05 and they said it was not ready. I then waited until 12:40 and my order was still not ready! This happens every time that I go to the subway. Do not go here!!!!

The employee stated at 10:30 that they were “closed” they had everything put away when the sign on the door stated 11… when we told him about the sign and online he said nope.

They suck here I was looking forward to subway in Clinton but with the sorry service and management I change my mind I’ve ordered from the app my stuff is never right and then employees rude about the situation so I gave another chance and went inside everyone was rude I’ll take my ride to roseboro
